This woman is ripping her mail into little pieces. Like she says, we all grew up with the warning that people could go through our trash and still our information. 💯 I do this very thing still today. I have a shredder but I still prefer to rip everything up because the darn shredder always jams and sometimes I don’t want to walk all the way over there. 😂 Don’t do this as well? Was it also ingrained into your mind to tear up all your mail into a hundred pieces?

A 15-year-old Southwestern Academy junior in Flint, Michigan was just charged for her actions in this video, where she throws a chair at her teacher after getting into an argument with another student. Flint Community Schools released a statement saying that the teacher in the video is doing well and has been released from the hospital. What do you think are the underlying causes of kids reacting in this manner to authority? What can we do better as a society to try and prevent this sort of behavior? Is it a lack of parenting? Is it mental health? Is it children who are unattended too?

My last 50 million stem cells out of 150 million I got through IV this week at Auragens. Can’t wait for these to do their job like they’ve done in the past to heal alllllll the crazy things I’ve put my body through. Started wrestling in 1982, boxing in 1988, MMA in 2001 and began training NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL players in MMA in 2007 with @jaredallen69 our first of hundreds and hundreds so I have absolutely decimated my body. 12 ruptures from L1-S1, 5 herniations from C2-C7. Bad arthritis up and down spine and in shoulders. I was always praying and had blind faith that modern medicine would catch up by the time I started breaking down. Thank GOD it did, with these stem cells. I did these instead of fusing three levels of my back, did these instead of getting a rod inserted in my spine, did these instead of major shoulder surgery to anchor back torn biceps tendon and staple two big rotator cuff tears. Healed them all, still no surgery. Not saying I won’t have any at some point but 3 years later still no surgery and I’m training harder and with better results than I’ve had probably since 2005,6,7. Crazy!!!! So grateful for this place! Pain and I have a great relationship but as it got worse I started getting darker between the ears. This place has completely changed that for me. Feel so much healthier and optimistic heading into this NFL season. Let’s gooooooo

This is what Ebola viruses look like inside of infected cells. They look like tubes because the viral capsid is formed from proteins that directly bind to the linear, viral genome. "Until recently, it was impossible to reveal protein structures directly inside of virus-infected cells, except for very thin peripheral parts of cells or budded virus particles. Therefore, we had no structural insights into how the Ebola virus replicates and how nucleocapsids assemble in infected cells prior to budding and release." This paper is a big deal, because it finds several highly-conserved regions in the Ebola virus structure that could be targeted by antiviral drugs.

So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more. I support Sydney Sweeney and her new Novig sports campaign. I know the ad has created a lot of conversation, and not everyone is going to like it, but I think Sydney has every right to be bold, have some fun and make her own choices. She clearly wasn’t afraid to step outside the box with this campaign, and I actually appreciate that. What makes this even more interesting to me is that Sydney isn’t simply appearing in an advertisement for Novig. She is also an equity holder and strategic partner in the company, which means she is much more involved than just being a spokesperson or the face of an ad campaign. She has a real stake in the business and is participating as a partner, making the campaign feel like something she is personally invested in. For me, it comes down to this: Sydney is an adult, she knows what she wants to do, and she seems comfortable with the choices she is making. We don’t all have to agree with every advertisement or creative decision someone makes. I’m simply choosing to support her, enjoy her confidence and let her have a little fun. Sometimes being bold means being willing to do something different and Sydney certainly did that. #SydneySweeney

I was visiting Goa with my wife a couple of years ago. We were in this cosy little resort in South Goa right on Agonda beach, run by a middle aged Goanese couple. We had stayed there for three days and on the 4th day we drove to North Goa, walked into a bar and got drunk and so had to check in at a different hotel for the night. At 11:30 ish, the lady from the resort called us to check if we were okay and that she had waited up to see if we would return. I thanked her and assured her that everything is okay. I don’t think I have or will experience this anywhere else, and I am a fairly well traveled person. India, with all its follies, can sometimes give you the most heartwarming experiences. This was the view from our room at the resort.

I mean you do have a very good point, however I hope you can understand where I come from. (Sorry I’m advance for the long tweet back) This is exactly what I use to do when I was their age. We didn’t have the luxury of an independent scene we do now and even if we did I was 14 years old, I was only allowed to go to a training school to learn the basics. But I had an enormous passion for the business & if I wasn’t allowed to work shows I’d do it myself. - and I’d argue that because of this I had a head start on a lot of the people I trained with when I finally turned 18 From there I’ve been lucky enough to have the support of friends, peers & fans to push me into what I am today. The fact I’ve still had that same style for now 17 years and this is my first surgery, I think I’ve looked after my body. Think about it 17 years this is my first major injury. You think this is stupid, I would say it’s equally as stupid as to fall off a scaffolding breaking both your legs. And while I’m sure there’s a few people that wished you landed on your head, I for one hope you’re doing well & not in too much pain from your injury. But to me, it showed the care that you have for the industry at that time. I see myself in these guys that are finding any outlet to do what they love. Their bumps are solid & basing is great. Like I said I understand there is a level of danger doing this so I hope none of them get hurt but I can’t help but root for these guys and hope I one day see them in a ring. Once again sorry for the long arse tweet and hope the message finds you well boss.

Recently there was increased discussion about DMCA takedown requests being used in bad faith between competitors on Shopify. I can confirm that the volume of these has very much increased recently. Let me give you some examples of what we are doing about it. Our goal is to work within the DMCA’s framework and make a system in which the right things happen quickly. We want to give merchants the maximum time to respond with the minimum disruption. We also need legitimate claims to resolve in favor of the claimants quickly. The first thing we did recently is to productize this properly. We shipped a feature to manage these cases directly in the Shopify admin to make it a lot more obvious. Before that a lot was managed through form emails. This process is now much simpler and faster. The second thing we did is to make the identity system more robust so that we know more about the claims filed. We consider the claimants previous cases in order to decide what decisions to take. Similarly we consider documentation from previous cases that merchants had to deal with more strongly to make accurate decisions when repeat claims are received against products. If we detect bad faith claims from accounts we take action. We recently filed multiple lawsuits against claimants in court. This matches our aggressive stance when we see frivolous or bad faith patent action in which we had a lot of success invalidating bad patents. The end result of this is that we catch spammy or frivolous claims at much higher frequency already. We also make responding to cases much easier and this can be managed directly from the admin now and is less work for the merchants. Lots of additional improvements coming- but what I can guarantee you is that that Shopify will be the worst platform on which to make fraudulent DMCA claims on. “Be merchant obsessed” is a core value here, and we reflect that better in this area.

The music you hear hasn’t been added to the video, it is the drone with a speaker playing the German/Breton drinking song “Was wollen wir trinken” (what do we want to drink).
