hermes plugins install rea is the right packaging — one command for MCP + skill beats hand-wiring Hopper/Ghidra paths. I keep the mental model simple for people new to this: REA is the local bridge; the agent still needs a clear question (“where is export CSV written?”) and you only point it at software you’re allowed to analyze. Curious how the Hermes skill changes the first-prompt success rate vs raw Claude Code + REA MCP alone.
