Don’t let anyone walk over you or disrespect you. Respect yourself enough to stand your ground when it matters. And more importantly—don’t stay silent when you see someone weaker being bullied. If you can help, help. That doesn’t mean running around looking for fights or causing chaos. It means having the courage to stand for what’s right, having the confidence to defend yourself and others, and having the heart to protect those who can’t protect themselves.

This is one of the best kickers in the country, 2024 Kicker (still available), Dane Pizzaro … Let’s do a little after and before. I like to do after, and before to show the progress first and where they started second versus the usual “before and after”. • Again, it’s attention to detail. It’s adjusting the little things instead of telling a kid head down follow through and don’t crunch for an hour straight. What’s causing the crunch? What’s causing him to sweep and swing left? What’s causing him to do the things that he’s doing wrong? • Can’t just tell a kid to do something or force him to do it without the why and how. They need to understand what’s causing the problem. Theres a reason for why something is “wrong”. Again … all in the smallest and finest of details that many tend to miss.
