HexClad’s #1 most powerful tool: spend, revenue, and media mix forecasting. One single spreadsheet has saved us MILLIONS by preventing inefficient spend, poor pacing, and reactive decision-making… I just built a template that automatically integrates into any brand with just 3 clicks. I was offered $1k for the spreadsheet...

Top-line Spend & Rev Dashboard; This is where you’ll find high level metrics like total spend, net revenue, and net MER, all with PoP and YoY (day-matched) comparisons. The 3 most important things to evaluate overarching business health, and the 3 core drivers of the spreadsheet. Be able to react FAST to DoD/PoP deltas in forecast & actualized spend/rev (just in time for BFCM). Compounded over or under spend for a long period of time can lead to ☠️ (and I’ve personally seen this happen numerous times). This tool is NOT meant to scrutinize daily performance. Starting with daily’s and moving up to periodical reporting/forecasting is a lot easier than the other way around, and it allows you to set specific goals & see incredibly clear trends before it’s too late.

Next up: Daily allocation table Find discrepancies easily within your forecasting period by understanding where you could’ve made more (or less) of an investment, and capitalize on areas of (in)efficiency. At a high level, this table shows what your daily spend & revenue contribution is, as a % of total (on specific days or periods of time). This allows you to find areas of opportunity based on that relationship. Example; Last year you spent 5% of your forecasted total on BFCM, only to realize your revenue was 45% of total. Now, imagine you can see this on a rolling daily basis for a full month, quarter, or year. This is only half of the cake, though. If you aren’t using northbeam, this might be the time to do so. Tie this with northbeams 1dc (24h) + LTV (all-time) attributed revenue from that specific day’s spend, and apply the same correlation coefficient, and you get…. (drum roll pls)…. an incredibly efficient way to take advantage of click-based channel opportunities. The only issue with looking at the relationship between total spend/rev contribution (w/o northbeam or other MTA) is that you don’t see the HALO effect of that specific day’s worth of spend (e.g. LTV attributed revenue) This gets more increasingly important as your consideration period gets longer. Example; - 7 day consideration period; use 7-day intervals - 30 day consideration period: use 30-day intervals (etc. etc.) If you don’t have northbeam, I recommend you use an interval of time that matches your consideration period (e.g. 7/14/30 days) I personally used this method to help forecast and strategize HexClad’s Q4/BFCM overall spend & rev on a daily granularity.

Media Mix Modeling/forecasting Your measurement channels (nb, tw, prescient, haus, etc) help you inform your media mix, but I’ve seen this a trillion times over where brands think they are spending the correct amounts, when in actuality, they are off by a few %’s… (or worse) Compound this over a few days, months, quarters (or even years), and you’re looking at $$$ on 🔥🔥🔥 Spend & media mix forecasting is just as (if not more) important than the learnings you gained to build it. With this section of the sheet, you can easily swap your mix to make decisions REAL-TIME. No more questions. No more over or under spend. No more last minute realizations. Give your media buyers a PLAN they can actually stick to. (bonus: custom selector to choose between forecast, prior year, previous period, or actualized— WITH custom comparisons for each). If I had this 2 months ago it would’ve made my life a hell of a lot easier…

Channel-level breakdowns; Any multi-touch attribution tool is great, but when it comes to spend forecasting, not so much. An all-in-one dashboard to help you track, forecast, and optimize any and all paid media channels (with pre-built dashboards for each!) Easily track spend compared to forecast, previous period, or previous year (with chart visuals). Added bonus: track additional metrics with pre-built custom breakdowns. A couple of additional KPI’s to track per channel; - net new visit % (how many new folks are hitting site for the first time) - net new reach (matters more at scale) - 1dc/other roas targets (to track if you are above or below benchmark performance) - new customer roas/cac - upper funnel investment

I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯 A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category. If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once per brand → Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically → Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points → Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles → Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA → Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass No re-briefing Claude on every chat. No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing. No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand. What you get in the playbook: → The exact Brand OS file structure I use → Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand → The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper → The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster. Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated. I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients. Introducing Immutable Audience: the growth engine for pre-launch Steam games. (btw we didn’t spend $50k on a viral launch agency - so if you think this is cool just share it for free i guess) Game marketing is broken. Every year PC studios spend billions to grow their games, and yet: - they don’t know which channels are actually working - only a fraction of wishlist sources can be tracked - of those people who DO wishlist games, the rate of those who go on to purchase is falling After 8 years building games ourselves, and working with over 700 studios, the need for something new was obvious. So, we built Audience. How it works: 1. Audience pulls in real time data from your players across Steam, social media, ad platforms, influencers and more 2. It stores this marketing data in your player CRM, and uses our Enhanced Attribution to identify the one channel driving 80% of your wishlists 3. Finally, it generates a custom growth audit, reviewing your real time data against winning strategies from hundreds of games to identify the most effective ways to get you wishlists each week During Audience’s beta we’ve already seen incredible results. We helped one game grow by over 300k wishlists in 2 months, and then more than *doubled* the rate of those players who converted into paying customers, compared to relying on Steam alone. For the last few months the team at Immutable has been heads down building. We’re incredibly grateful to our community for your support as we onboard the world. Slowly, then all at once. To celebrate the launch, we’re offering one month of Audience for free to any studio that signs up by commenting on this video. And for the first 100 studios that comment, we’ll create you a custom growth plan for free. Comment “Audience” and we’ll send it through.

I just vibe coded a static ad generator in Claude Code that creates 100+ Facebook ads in minutes 🤯 One competitor ad + your product photo + your brand kit = dozens of on-brand variations, each targeting a different customer persona. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need more statics at scale. The problem: You find a winning ad concept and want to test 20 variations of it. That means briefing a designer, waiting days, getting back 4 options, giving notes, waiting again. Or doing it yourself in Canva for hours. This tool solves it: → Upload any competitor ad as your reference template → Add your product photos and brand kit (colors, fonts, logos) → AI generates 10 customer profiles from your brand research → Pick how many variations you want (10, 20, 30) → Tool generates on-brand ads with persona-specific copy for each one No designer back-and-forth. No Canva templates. No generic "Shop Now" on everything. What you get: → Ads that mirror winning concepts in your brand's voice → Copy targeted to specific customer pain points and personas → Multi-brand/client support with saved brand kits → Reusable customer profiles you build once and generate from forever I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how this works, including ALL the prompts I used so you can build it yourself. I just vibe coded a static ad generator in Claude Code that creates 100+ Meta ads in minutes. All using the new, insane ChatGPT Images 2.0 model. One competitor ad + your product photo + your brand kit = dozens of on-brand variations, each targeting a different customer persona. Built 100% in Claude Code on the new ChatGPT Images 2.0. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need more statics at scale. Here's how it works: → Upload any competitor ad as your reference template → Add your product photos and brand kit (colors, fonts, logos) → AI generates 10 customer profiles from your brand research → Pick how many variations you want (10, 20, 30) → Tool fires every prompt to ChatGPT Images 2.0 with persona-specific copy for each one No designer back-and-forth. No Canva templates. No generic "Shop Now" on everything. What you get: → Ads that mirror winning concepts in your brand's voice → Text that actually renders correctly (the new model handles dense copy, logos, and multi-language callouts cleanly) → Copy targeted to specific customer pain points and personas → Multi-brand/client support with saved brand kits → Reusable customer profiles you build once and generate from forever I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how this works, including ALL the prompts I used so you can build it yourself. I used to think Brand was bullsh*t, so imagine my surprise when I was asked to speak at Meta's Performance Marketing Summit about Brand to a room of performance marketers How'd this happen? Many moons ago, I co-founded Chubbies. It's a nine-figure brand now: 8 straight years of top and bottom-line growth, EBITDA up 40% yoy But we almost went out of business first — running the exact playbook a lot of performance marketers are running right now CAC creeping up every year. Only 'growing' when we discounted harder, longer, wider. Same ads, same people, growth on loan from the algorithm Then we incorporated Brand into our 'performance' media, and revenue re-accelerated. More importantly, so did profit Here are 3 mistakes I made, 3 things I learned, and 3 actions you can take on Monday: Here's what I had wrong: 1. I thought brand was logos, fonts, or a brand book nobody opens 2. I thought spending ANY dollars on ads that didn't drive a conversion was the dumbest thing a performance marketer could do 3. And when I finally tried it, I chased the wrong thing — we went for meme-lord reach, piling up views with no connection back to the brand Here's what I know now: 1. Brand is the moat. It's pricing power. It's why people buy from you without you competing on price and features 2. The "trough of despair" everyone's scared of? It doesn't show up — because you fund brand by reallocating your least-efficient dollars, not by adding budget (and other reasons) 3. And it's accountable. Build a behavioral funnel, drive a real action like branded search, measure it with a geo-holdout. It's not a vibes contest More on this "trough of despair" being a nothing burger: 1. The brands we do this for don't see the trough. A ~$75M denim brand grew contribution dollars roughly 50% year over year — with new customers and total revenue climbing the whole time 2. An outdoor brand ran brand media alone — and the lift showed up everywhere its customers shop: its own site, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and strongest of all, 2.5x incremental revenue on a major brick-and-mortar retailer's shelves 3. A six-month geo-holdout showed brand driving 1.93x incremental revenue — while the saturated direct-response they'd been relying on was returning a blended 0.91x Les Binet's research concurs: grow your share of search, and good things follow So, three things you can do Monday: 1. Find the marginal return on your least-efficient dollars. Those can move to brand with no short-term revenue drop 2. Look at the creative you ship. Would your friends be hyped to see it — or "ugh, he's selling me something"? You want a healthy mix 3. Build your behavioral funnel. Define the action at every stage so brand stops being soft and starts being math The full vid is attached. Case studies in the comments. If you still think "performance" brand is bullsh*t — let's discuss What's the data you'd need to see to change your mind? Tell me where you're stuck/skeptical and let's get into it below

Sean has built DUDE Wipes to over $150M. It's one of the strongest brands on planet Earth. In this video, he addresses the age-old question of how to invest in Brand Marketing in a world that's obsessed with measuring the short-term return from performance marketing. As a recovering performance marketer myself, learning this lesson was one of the most humbling but value-unlocking realizations in the journey to the 9-figure exit We learned many of the same lessons Sean gives here, which helped us gain confidence in broadening the set of people we were reaching (via paid, unpaid, and everything else) with content and tactics that aimed to reach tons of ppl AND increase the probability the Brand came to mind when the buyer went in-market vs. focusing all efforts on converting those already in-market to get a good ROAS number Btw, I was one of those marketers who, for too long, lived by the idea that if it didn't show up in the reporting within our short-term attribution window, it didn't exist. But hey, my loss is your gain, so here are the 6 most helpful lessons and quotes from the video 1. It's about balance. "If you're too focused on branding or too focused on performance, you're going to end up hurting yourself because you're going to be stuck in one lane" 2. Only when you invest in Brand can you fight increasing acquisition costs with performance marketing "You have to be spending on performance marketing where you can track the return and understand how to acquire customers. Then you have to be spending on building the Brand where it's not as trackable, and that'll actually make your performance work better." 3. Do it all. Find what works for YOU at YOUR stage "Sampling, getting your product in people's hands. Experiential marketing. You have to do everything well, and then you have to find the mix that works the best for your Brand. And that's going to change over time." 4. Ignoring Brand early on is a deadly trap "So early on you may have to be spending typically more on performance because the dollars really got to work for you. One pitfall is that people ignore brands early on because of that. They get lost in the Meta D2C loophole, and that's like a drug." 5. The Brand has to be able to stand on its own outside of the Meta Loophole "You're only, you're only as good as your last hit as your last click. As soon as you stop paying that money -if it's all DR Advertising based, you don't mean anything to anybody and your Brand can't live on its own" 6. Saying you don't have the money to invest in Brand is a lazy excuse. "That doesn't need to cost a lot of money in the beginning. That's where we learned the guerrilla tricks. You should always be a guerrilla building your Brand. Don't use the excuse of 'oh well, we don't have the funds to build a Brand'. We never had the funds. We built a Brand, so it's not about the resources. Be resourceful. Be creative. Find ways to get your Brand out there" #brand #performance #marketing

If you do not set up your OpenClaw correctly, it's going to SUCK It will do tasks poorly, not remember anything, and not be proactive Here are the 5 things you need to do right away to turn your OpenClaw into AGI (demos of each in the video below) 1. Brain dump: your OpenClaw won't know how to accomplish your goals for you, if it doesn't know your goals If you haven't yet, you want to tell your OpenClaw: • Your interests • Your career • Your goals • Your ambitions • Anything personal Do this, and your Claw will have the context to be SUPER powerful for you 2. Connect your tools Your OpenClaw can basically use almost every tool you use on your computer You just need to ask it to Ask your OpenClaw to connect to any tools you use daily, and it will just figure out how to do it. Then create a skill for it I have it check my Things 3 todo list every morning and complete any tasks it can 3. Build a Mission Control Your mission control is just a hub for your OpenClaw to build custom tooling Ask your OpenClaw to build a Mission Control using NextJS Then anytime your bot doesn't have the tool available to do a task, have it build it in your Mission Control 4. Mission Statement Your OpenClaw needs a mission statement This is the one sentence statement that will be the north star for every single thing it does It should be based on your goals and ambitions. My Claw's mission statement is "“An autonomous organization of AI agents that does work for me and produces value 24/7” Make your own and have your Claw put it at the top of your Mission Control. Now every task your Claw does will take you closer to this statement 5. Make it proactive Your OpenClaw won't be proactive unless you set those expectations with it Tell your Claw you want it to do a task every night at 2am that brings you one step closer to your mission statement Now every morning you'll wake up and it will do something that surprises you and helps bring you closer to your goals Do these 5 things and your OpenClaw will be 10000x more powerful
