"Something I’ve thought about throughout my life is that whether it's dealing with people or acting, I believe that putting your whole heart into it is what's important. So, I don't know which character it was that first made you get to know me, but the heart that loved that character ultimately reaches me. Because of the affection you’ve shown me, it makes me want to work even harder and makes me feel more ambitious. I hope that my fans will look forward to what kind of character I will show you next and walk along with me. With each and every future project, I will truly do my absolute best and pour my heart into it. Even if I can't be completely different every single time, I want to repay the expectation of my fans' love with as different a side of myself as possible. Deni going through some stuff right now: “To be honest with you I’m just dealing with some stuff right now, I have the competitive nature of trying to be there for my teammates and compete but umm, it’s something I have to figure out with myself, with my teammates, with the coaches. Nothing to worry about, I’ll be alright. But it’s definitely a little moment I’m facing right now.” Casey Holdahl: “How do you think your back is right now?” Deni: “I can’t really say anything about my injury, or what’s going on, but I’ll leave it to the medial staff. I’m doing a good job of recovering and coming back, but I definitely don’t feel 100%”

On The Road Again 🥰 honestly, before i played in South America a couple months ago i was scared. I wasn’t sure how it was gunna feel to be back on the road again & my god…I had the absolute best time. I mean those were some of the best shows of my life. I feel like time away has allowed me to come back and recognize and remember how unbelievably special it is to get to play live shows. It’s an honour and i’m just beyond grateful that you guys keep showing up after 10 years with so much love. I almost forgot i have one of the best jobs in this world. I wanted to ease into things at first and play a few shows in Europe and North America to start with.. I love you guys so much see you out there 😉🥲❤️

I’m going to step away for a while. Charlie meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ve been contributing to TPUSA for years, and he has been in my headphones for hundreds of hours. Yesterday my grief finally turned into anger, and I don’t like how it makes me feel. I lashed out at someone who didn’t deserve it. I don’t feel like myself, and I don’t know how to process this. Intellectually, I know he’s gone. But my heart hasn’t accepted it. Please come back, Charlie. Roll away the stone. I can’t handle this on my own. I am trying, so hard. I’m going to seek grief counseling. I’ll be back when things are better. Please pray for me in the meantime. I’m sorry, but I just don’t feel like posting right now. Love you guys.

🐰 i had a schedule last night and i started work a little late today so i woke up early and came here in the morning to work out…i’m not in my senses right now, i’ve been tired all day 🐿️ what did you work out? 🐰 i did chest work outs 🐰 i definitely said “i want to do chest work outs today!” but the protocol team member with me made me start by doing shoulder work outs so i didn’t think much of it and was like “hehe okay shoulders” but then i thought of it again and remembered that i was going to do chest work outs 🐰 i went into the second set and was like “i was supposed to work out my chest” 🐿️ ah it was the second work out? 🐰 yeah 🐿️ you worked out your shoulders a lot then 🐰 right? i’m on a mission right now to work out at least 4 times in a week
