This HOA banned guns in the exact places residents may need them most. Not inside your home. Not going to and from your car. But the sidewalk? The mailbox? The parking lot? The pool? The clubhouse? That’s where they want you empty-handed. And that’s the problem. Most people don’t get attacked sitting on the couch. They get approached walking to the car. Checking the mail. Carrying groceries. Coming home at night. Standing in the parking lot with their hands full. One resident asked the perfect question: If I’m not allowed to protect myself and I get mugged, is the HOA financially responsible? You already know the answer. No. They get the policy. You get the risk. They get to feel safe on paper. You get to walk through the parking lot hoping nothing happens. So be honest: Should an HOA be allowed to ban legal carry in the common areas residents actually pay for? Or if they disarm you, should they be legally responsible for protecting you? You only get to ask questions they want to answer. That’s how you get an invite as a journalist, don’t ask the hard questions. Perfect example of how the establishment media and the establishment politicians behave. It’s all a stage. Housing for young people is one of the most important issues of this election.

This is why you don’t get in front of a vehicle! I do NOT think he will be doing that again! Dude lunges at a vehicle in a parking lot, breaking the back windshield. He then proceeds to kick the vehicle and challenge the driver to a brawl. The driver gets out for a minute and has words with the attacker before getting back into his vehicle to drive off. The man then steps in front of the vehicle as the driver floors it, giving him a ride on the hood of his car for the length of the parking lot. Play stupid games……

They turned their vehicle to leave—at that point, your agents sprayed pepper spray out of their vehicle and into driver side window of this family’s vehicle. Is it proper procedure to aim pepper spray into the window of a moving vehicle? Scott: No. Magaziner: Were any of your agents investigated or disciplined for this? Scott: I’ll have to get back to you.
