Rest In Peace John Meadows.
If you are new to working out. I am prefacing this with working out, like a newbie to the gym or if you want to learn more. Go to John Meadows (@mountaindog1 ) on YouTube and search through that channel as an exercise library. It has everything from exercises to full workouts.
