@RealCJ10 I do the "back of net" tee drill with my youth players all the time. And they love it. Tee at the far end of the tunnel. 3 pts for a liner off the back net. 1 for a grounder. 0 pts anywhere else. 10 swings. Let's go boys!

This is it, period, drop the mic…..full 🛑…..end of debate/discussion….nuff said….and from the dude that did it better than anyone (.300 in MLB BOTH sides of plate). Y’all need to blast this vid all over X over and over and over again. Maybe @JayGibbons15 can help Teacherman understand what this swing and hitting down actually means (and why it actually matters for kids learning to hit too)🤷🏻‍♂️. @RealCJ10 Backspin elevation from a swing does not happen very much or if at all. It is perceived… but it isn’t real. Sorry. 🤷 Just a like Rise Ball doesn’t really rise.

I have a serious question about a hitter creating backspin. If a backspinning FB is coming at the hitter, he must reverse the spin with his bat to create backspin - correct ? What if a topspinning (6/12) CB coming at the hitter ? Same swing to create backspin ? CB already has the backspin you want ? Teach 2 different swings ?
