*Explicit Language Warning* Players: Regardless of how an opponent acts towards you, please never act this way. Classless, disrespectful, & sickening. I know there will be a lot of people that say, "Let the kids play," but this is a disgrace. What happened to just competing & being the bigger man? This guy is definitely not a good role model at all for the youth. No wonder why he doesn't have a job in the MLB. 🤷🏼‍♂️

People think discipline doesn't matter. The game in the states and Latin countries would benefit from modeling some of their ways after the Japanese game. This is awesome! 🙌🏻

Hitters: Keep your hands above the baseball & train to hit it through the wall, not over it. Backspin the ball to the back of the cage. The feel is sometimes not the real. Are you going to listen to a battle tested HOF'er or a self-proclaimed guru? The choice is yours. Seems like a pretty easy decision to me. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Who can get closest to the machine? Love this for a finisher at practice. When hitter clicks good timing, they take a baby step closer to the machine. If they aren't on time, they have to stay in the same spot until they are. Each step forward make sure to crank machine 1/8 turn down so height is appropriate. Compete, compete, compete! ⛽️👀

Players: Stop talking trash. When did winning become not enough? Now we have to show up your opponent. Win with class, lose with class. Play the game with respect. It's not about you, it's about the team! And coaches... don't let your players be bush league. Teach them to act like champions. Takes balls to hold your players to a high standard. A lot can be learned from the video below. We need a lot more Coach Carters out there! 🙏🏻
