How throwing a frisbee helps groom a proper bat path. To throw the frisbee down the cage to the back of the net you have to have good DIRECTION & path towards the middle. If you fly open it will hit either side of the net. We want large margin of error through the middle of the field. We will be having 2 clinics in December at Hitters U! DM us to sign up or to join our online baseball academy/community Hitters University
