Learning is fine when it is by my own choice ,not through the high-handedness of any individual or institution. And just review the Constitution, which clearly lays out the position of Hindi in India and the responsibility of the Government of India to promote communication across different parts of the country. No state or institution has the power to prevent anyone from speaking Hindi in any part of India. Therefore, if someone tries to impose a law or force people to speak only a particular regional language, that is completely wrong. Every individual has the freedom to choose what language they want to learn & speak .

I love every language if other language people loves my language i.e. Marathi. It's quid pro quo. Simple as that.

What did he even mean? What's the context here? Maha implemented the language barrier for non speakers. So Maha people speaking Marathi are feeling smaller? Learning Marathi is fine but it being a mandate to work in Maha might back fire at some point.
