The way he went down , he didnt even need a follow up! Fighters should have some type of punishment for obvious intentional harm when the other fight is clearly out.

Yes, Ref was too late intervening. But…the fighter also saw that he had very obviously won when his opponent hit the ground. So why keep pounding until you get stopped. That is just disgusting and criminal. You always have an own responsibility!
