Marco Rubio just violated the United States Constitution by making war without a Congressional Declaration of War as required under the Constitution. Article I, Section 8, Clause 11, grants Congress the sole power to declare war.

Rubio is the closest thing in the administration to a normal carbon life form. However, Marco is a eunuch. My former senator always goes with the flow, regardless of objective truth or even right vs. wrong. People have forgotten that Marco was the darling of the Tea Party crackpots.
