Every Prufrock that leaves the factory has over 1,000 changes from the one before it. Before it ships, we put it through a full Porpoise Test (PT) in Bastrop — a short test tunnel (typically under 200 rings) that lets both the design team and the test team gather real data on the new designs and on the specific Prufrock serial number. To date, we’ve completed six of these tests and Prufrock 5 is currently 200 rings into PT7. Once complete, the tunnels are put to use: • PT4 is now a vacuum tunnel for Hyperloop testing • PT5 is a live test bench for liner trucks and new belt systems • PT6 is a pedestrian tunnel connecting SpaceX to Hyperloop Plaza With porpoise testing, our engineers get to get hands on and stress-test every one of their designs in real world environments without ever leaving Bastrop. First fire! 🔥 We have successfully kicked off the hot fire campaign for our first stage at SaxaVord Spaceport UK. We hot-fired a total of four Helix engines, igniting one by one at four second intervals. All engines ran simultaneously for 8 seconds with a total hot-fire duration of 20 seconds. The test ran flawlessly through start-up, steady-state and shutdown. With this hot fire, we were able to demonstrate that we can nominally operate and control our first stage and all its systems, as well as a cluster of Helix engines. RFA and our incredible team are marching steadfastly on towards our first test flight, not only in Scotland but also in Augsburg, Portugal and Sweden. Special thanks to our partners at SaxaVord Spaceport UK for their support at all levels.

E-2’s first 90-second test fire was a success! It performed at 55% power with a low conservative 1.6 mixture ratio as planned. The hardware appears in perfect condition ready for more tests. This is an exceptional result for a first test article (E-2 SN1). The test was also a key milestone for our US Space Force TACFI contract. We’ve wrapped up this test campaign and will be back in January with an updated injector featuring lower LOX passage pressure drop to allow us to increase the LOX mass flow and in turn reach full thrust and high performance O/F mixture ratio of 2.62. We thank our team and partners for making this possible - especially Stennis Space Center and their team. We would also like to thank the @SpaceForceDoD for their TACFI contract support.

The winter of my fourteenth year on earth… #KISS was the biggest, baddest band on planet earth. Impossible NOT to see their image… somewhere. Some were not fans. Some thought -the devil worship stuff. But for those of us who ‘got it’… this was #KissHeaven ..brought to earth. The look was never better. The music was tight and incredible. The 4 characters entrenched and rolling. They got me through the most miserable time in my lfe. And I will be forever grateful. Loves of my life My God. Mamma. Dad. Last week at NASA's Johnson Space Center I participated in part 1 of a 2 part glovebox test assessing different spacesuit pressures and how they might affect our dexterity and ability to accomplish tasks on the Moon for future NASA Artemis missions. This was a blind test, so I didn’t know if this was the pressure that I’m used to from my experience in the spacesuit (4.3 psi) or a higher pressure …. felt pretty similar to me but we’ll see how it compares to tomorrow’s test!

🧸 when we first debuted, the company really wanted to push a "prince" image for us. because of that, they wouldn't let me do things like aegyo when we went on variety shows. 🧸 even though i just wanted to give hearts or do a little aegyo for our fans, they intentionally made us avoid those things. 🧸 i couldn't even make heart gestures. the company banned it, so one time i went on a show and i did some aegyo right before the show ended without them knowing 🧸 but i got caught doing that. the company found out and i actually got in trouble for it 🧸 if i tried too hard to be funny or cute, they would just edit all of it out of the broadcast. i really hated to see us getting a reputation as "boring" group right from the start 🧸 because of that, there was this live streaming platform we used at the time. we all just said “hey, this is live, so the company can't stop us" 🧸 and we decided to just do whatever we wanted, and from that point on, it wasn't really that the company changed their minds, it was more like they just gave up on us.
