Good point but you can’t send engineer to shop to open a new phone to see if the battery have been changed, so the main point here should be checking the battery charging times or count and if it’s abnormal then he can suggest for a different device. Keep the good work coming 🫶🏼

But the point is, OnePlus 15R is slim too, and no one stopped Apple from using a bigger battery. If a slim Android phone can pack 7400mAh, Apple choosing 3692mAh is a design decision, not a limitation.
