How do we fix this culture?

You don't. This is the only demographic we see doing this daily around the globe. You can have a peaceful functioning civilization, or you can have ⚫️'s, you can't have both. Just take a look at every major city in America where they are over 30% of the population.

@KikiW102722 The only possibility I see is that they start charging them with assault and they actually go to jail. You can’t have the tail wagging the dog. Fear of being called racist has created this entitlement.

My god. And look at all those babies and young kids. Instead of caring for their children they would rather act like wild animals.

The sad thing is, we can't fix it. We gave them complete freedom & liberty 60 years ago, and by every metric their community has gotten worse. Education, employment, crime, two parent households...all of them downhill. 60 years to show they simply can't take care of themselves.

how about this: instead of building more and more prisons in the US, lets start a new smart city in central Africa and send all the convicted criminals there forever, as the UK did with Australia. I'm sure one of those countries can be paid to participate
