How do you fix this culture?

Didn't used to be an issue before.

There is NO fixing this, there really is only one solution... It's more cost efficient if we send them there with money so they can build their own...Wakanda. Or not.

Fix what? This is what they are proud of. This is what they teach their kids and in their communities. Society eventually will fully reject them and only then, maybe there will be a fix internally. I dont see it honestly.

You really can't fix it, you can only quarantine it.

Put fathers back in the home to start. Then have police arrest, prosecutors prosecute and instill FAFO as the law of the land.

I 've worked in Risk Mgmt. for 30 years. There is no fixing that segment of their culture. There is only eliminating it and minimizing collateral damage. Clearly, not all blacks are like this but we must be ruthless with those that are. Protect the innocent or we wont survive.
