How do you even begin to fix this culture?

Unfortunately there’s not much that can be done, the entrenchment of this violence and gang culture goes deep and some of it is inherent in these communities. Essentially we have a cancer in America that can be rid of.

Start by not having cops that can't even breathe because of how fat they are.
