Would like to have you on our podcast for a debate on feminism. Interested? To which she responded and we began discussing the details of her appearance up until: MAY 2, 2025: We entered into a formal contract/agreement for her debate appearance. MAY 17, 2025: The debate episode is hosted. MAY 21, 2025: She threatens us with legal action. To respond to her campaign of lies: The claim that she was "misled" about the nature of the podcast appearance is not only disingenuous but patently false. She was extended an invitation to appear for a debate on March 28, and from that moment until May 17—a span of over seven weeks—she had ample opportunity to conduct even the most basic due diligence on the podcast. Especially those aired just days before on May 15 and May 16 leading up to her own appearance. Moreover, a formal agreement was executed between both parties weeks prior to her participation. This agreement clearly outlined the terms of the appearance and further reflected her knowing, voluntary participation. To now suggest she was somehow deceived is laughable. One does not enter into a signed agreement, engage in scheduled communication, and then cry foul only after the fact—simply because she was the architect of her own embarrassment. Jokes about the Japanese Prime Minister bringing in “a couple of melons as you do” while gesturing at his chest. Now he’s under pressure and suddenly it’s all her fault. Claims he “didn’t know” there’d be shag/marry/date questions (even though she says his team asked to remove Pauline Hanson from the original question). Says he’s only responsible for his words, while refusing to apologise for the melon comments about a foreign leader. He just passed Keating’s time as PM and this is what he’s defending. Jokes about the Japanese Prime Minister bringing in “a couple of melons as you do” while gesturing at his chest. Now he’s under pressure and suddenly it’s all her fault. Claims he “didn’t know” there’d be shag/marry/date questions (even though she says his team asked to remove Pauline Hanson from the original question). Says he’s only responsible for his words, while refusing to apologise for the melon comments about a foreign leader. He just passed Keating’s time as PM and this is what he’s defending. This is the “real” Anthony Albanese. And he still thinks he has nothing to apologise for. Australia deserves better than this.

Whatever the final outcome after this stage, know this: you have already defied the odds, you have conquered, and you have earned yourself a deeper level of confidence. You have become a powerful representation for every girl child who has ever faced online bullying. Just like so many others, you deserve to pat yourself on the shoulder and celebrate how far you’ve come. And remember: unless they can kill God, no one can take away what is truly meant for you.
