I was reading the literature and it seems TRE (time restricted eating) is extremely effective at 14-16hrs. If we sleep 8 hrs, stop eating before bed (about 7pm), sleep by 10pm, wait 3hrs before bfast...we can hit that 14-16hr window easily. This seems very doable for most people

Something that many people overlook is how fasting can impact gut microbiome diversity. Lots of promising stuff coming how showing gut health factors can help with cancer therapy and prevention.

I did 72h fast (48 before and 24h after the chemo) for the first 3 rounds of chemo. I did not do it for the 4th round and I felt way worse for a week. Eventually tumor reduced from 8cm to 2cm in 4 months, surgery helped to remove the residual. Now cancer free for a year or so.

This is well researched by other scientists :

The answer of how you kill cancer cells without killing all is simple: Identify the frequencies being emitted by the cancerous cells and create resonating frequencies that destroy the cells. The problem with this? It’ll help people, which isn’t a great money game compared to the business model now…

Very interesting. I went through 3 rounds of BEP due to testicular cancer last year. The last round was very rough. I wonder if I could’ve managed the side effects better had I done this.

Fasting before Chemo becomes necessary might also help a tiny tiny bit?
