Make sure your fast doesn’t stop at food b/c many of us are obese in so many areas. We live in the age of over indulgence.

Makes perfect sense As Hunter gatherers (how we lived for 200,000 plus years) Many days we would go without food We needed that focus to be able to hunt better

Been fasting for the last 5 years and don't feel hungry, unless I am coming off holiday. Then it takes a couple of days to get my system back on track. My focus is def much higher while fasting.

Fasting is one of the best health tools we have. I've tried OMAD a few times this week and found when hitting the 16hour window I get a new wave of mental clarity. Fasting has the best ROI of any protocol I've found. You actually get time and money back.

I've experimented quite a lot with eating different meal sizes and different kinds of foods and scheduling work sessions at different times following those meals, yet nothing comes close to that mental clarity that I have deep into a long fast.

Very interesting ! Totally agreed. I would just give heads up with my experience When the glucose is too low - with no sugar storage either (my case) - you can start feeling dizzy and it greatly impairs your thinking + vision It is not that hard to replenish your glucose storage levels and it’s important to watch them

Very informative, and I relate. Very cracked in the morning (fasting) and then a bit slow after lunch until I feel good again. Adds up 🐛

It works for me and works even BETTER since I got off caffeine completely. 😀

I have noticed with my own personal experience: if am doing anything that doesn’t directly benefit me, my stomach should be full first or I should have enough calories and if it’s for my own personal benefit then I don’t need it. Eg my employer will never get the best of me unless I have had my calories.
