It’s really the visceral adipose tissue surrounding the torso, or “core”, that we need to focus on reducing. Having an “active” physiology, in general, will easily keep your “core” in check. Make stretching as much of a “habit” as drinking liquids (out of necessity), and you will be surprised at how quickly your body thanks you.

Look at all the "fat free" shit at the store. Like yogurt, but they will add dyes and sugar. F them.
