It depends. In Busan A few years ago my friend and I spent hours cleaning the beach. According to lifeguards (who didnt give a f... about people swimming in trash and plastic bags) a garbage boat had an issue and threw it on the sea close to the beach. But it wasn't cleaned even days afterwards. Jeju beaches are fine, but overcrowded, they close (at least in 2020) at 6.30 PM (loudspeakers telling everyone to leave) and you can't have water above your chest otherwise lifeguards (in the water) whistle at you. Our guide also tols us some beaches only open in August because of the weather (monsoon). What I liked were the affordable in site umbrellas that you can rent and people behaving nicely while enjoying the beach.

Why fully covered?

I saw the air blower things at a pool in Jeju Island (also had attachment to fill up inflateable toys) and thought it was amazing. Once you see something like that, you wonder why they aren’t everywhere.

Most things in the list seems fair for me - although the "People are fully covered" part would be a bit of a shock for me. In Latvia it would be true only during Mid-Autumn till early Spring (Too cold for swimsuits).
