I feel like the real encyclopedias were replaced by false ones such as Brititannica and Collins, which only gives a one-eyed view of alleged events and science.

Years ago I said a curse word my Grandmother got out a very old dictionary & told me look up the word, the word shit , I looked and understood why she wanted me to read what the meaning was. I then looked up the F word, Fuk [ A piece of farm machinery that moves about itself ] German word if I remember correctly. Dictionaries of today do not have the education I received from that old book many words in there we will never see these days.

There is a certain passion in having an actual book in one’s hands. The instantaneous nature of information today can never quite measure up to this simple observation.

Sometimes it feels like a Golden Age is being hidden from us. Why? My hypothesis is that by doing so we would accept as "normal" the post-apocalyptic world in which we currently live, were diseases, cancer, wars, atrocities, crimes and corruption are rampant.
