I got my first PM job a year ago after owning a business for 15 years. Started out at $6K bi-weekly, now closer to $7.5K bi weekly. I have $30 Million under management, so expectations should be managed with the amount he manages, but anything less than $2500 bi weekly is criminal.

I haven't seen this episode in a long time. It's kind of a sad one because the guy is clearly one of those perpetually adolescent adults. No matter how old he gets, he never grows up. He stays mentally in childhood as long as he can.

Bank the raises. $10K a year invested at 7% is about $138K after 10 years.

I would have guessed 80k on the low end, but more typically >120k

Coincidently I am also autistic and a PM, though I'm in IT. Salary is decently into the six figures but then again taxes are a massive pain in my ass. Id say the main job is keep deliverables on track and managing clients expectations/demands.

One day I want to go on this.
