If every golfer did this, I may well be out of a job as you'd all hit the ball so much better 😂 Most golfers I work with don't have enough LATERAL shift in the downswing This will benefit you in so many ways - Correct downswing sequencing - Creating more lag - Stopping the casting action you have - Fixing your over the top move And much more TBH If you want more downswing drills to help you, check out the videos below that you can download for free 👇
