I found that if you don't want to deal with Coinbase getting USDC through Cashapp has no fees and is very easy. I would also add that Neoxa offers four networks to get USDC on their exchange. Solana, Ethereum, Coinbase (base) network and one other. Make sure the USDC you get with your fiat is compatible with their exchange, or else you will lose that money because it won't be accepted on their exchange. Cashapp uses Solana Network for USDC.
