Here's one more, when you wake up in the morning, don't snooze or lie around, try to get up as quickly as possible. Not sure why, but it made a huge difference for me. Probably something about the bed being a place for sleep, not for waking up.

i warned you before don't do the sleep doctor thing i have somnologists. I've done the Harvard sleep restriction @HarvardHealth it works to get rid of "day time sleepiness" but not insomnia. Theres really nothing. Did you know insomnia isn't even a disability in America. Because everyone would have it. Simple fact. The amount of daylight changes dayly. We need to go with the sun.

Careful with the earplugs. It prevents your ears from drying out, especially after you take a shower and even in general, your ears can’t breathe. My mom went deaf in one ear from earplugs while sleeping. She had a painless ear infection and didn’t know it.

Paul what does someone do who cant sleep with out something like ambien and other sleep aids and even they dont really work. How do they break that cycle so they can get back to sleeping naturally?

4 hours is better for leptin to work its magic. one tap zap on your phone will take the bluelight and flicker out
