Fixed feeding and fasting windows on daily basis, such as 6 or 8 hours of eating window and 18 or 16 hours of fasting windows, respectively. One is permitted to consume black coffee, green tea, lemon water (without sugar) and water during the fasting window. Do not add milk or sugar to your coffee or tea. 2. Alternate day fasting. One day of normal feeding/eating as desired, followed by fasting the next day and repeating this cycle on a regular basis.
