EXCLUSIVE: Morpho 🦋 CEO Paul Frambot 🦋 on how Morpho Midnight is new infrastructure for institutional private credit. This week, Morpho launched Midnight, which enables fixed-rate, fixed-term onchain lending, starting with one cbBTC/USDC market on Base across multiple maturities. This is unlike most DeFi today, where protocols like Aave and Compound set your risk, rate, and term using their formulas. This is not ideal for large institutions with their own risk appetite. Morpho 🦋 Midnight hands risk, rate AND term to the open market, so investors can set their risk appetite, and borrowers can apply to meet that in the marketplace. Lending on Midnight means buying a claim on future cashflows, where you pay 0.95 today, receive 1.00 at maturity. The difference (discount) is your rate as a lender. That's exactly how a zero-coupon bond works, the primitive bond markets are built on. Some other nuances that came out in the interview Prior fixed-rate protocols split liquidity into a pool per maturity, so markets stayed thin and most died. This is how a bond desk runs a book. Morpho aims to ensure liquidity isn't fragmented into individual pools. It offers source funds only at fill, and one balance sheet can quote fixed rates across all maturities at once. So you quote once in many places. The fees are capped in the code with settlement at 50bps a year, a lender fee at 1%, and governance can *never* raise them. Infrastructure that can't reprice you is infrastructure a treasurer can underwrite. Wall St is coming to these DeFi protocols For example, Apollo (roughly $940bn AUM) is contracted to buy up to 9% of MORPHO supply over four years. So I sat down with Paul Frambot, Morpho's CEO, days after his most ambitious launch yet. DeFi lending reached tens of billions without a single maturity date. Now we find out what it builds with one.

🚨 The “13th Scientist”? NASA Nuclear Engineer Burned in Tesla Crash Sparks Major Questions 29-year-old Joshua LeBlanc was a rising star at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama — an aerospace electrical engineer leading work on nuclear propulsion systems, including the DRACO project that could one day power humans to Mars. On July 22, 2025, he didn’t show up for work. His family reported him missing at 4:32 a.m. — phone and wallet left behind at home. Hours later, his Tesla was found crashed into a guardrail and trees, fully engulfed in flames. His body was burned beyond recognition. Tesla Sentry Mode reportedly showed the car parked at the local airport for several hours that morning. Tragic accident? Or the latest piece in a chilling pattern? Social media and recent reports are calling LeBlanc the 13th (or 12th, depending on the count) scientist/researcher tied to NASA, JPL, nuclear propulsion, aerospace, or classified defense tech to die or go missing since 2022. The FBI is now reviewing multiple cases for possible connections, with some involving sensitive national security work. Some deaths had clear explanations (accidents, unrelated crimes). Others remain murky — no phones, sudden disappearances, unclear causes. High-stress jobs with security clearances come with risks, and coincidences happen… but when this many experts in cutting-edge tech go down in a short window, people notice. Authorities say there’s no confirmed conspiracy linking them all. But the pattern has lawmakers and investigators digging deeper. What do you think — tragic cluster of bad luck in demanding fields, or something darker worth watching closely? Drop your take below (keep it civil and fact-based). Tragic loss either way for a young talent working on humanity’s next frontier. 💡

WATCH | Hi Please Share. These are the conditions that workers endure at Indarama Gold Mine in Kwekwe. We write with heavy hearts as Zimbabwean workers employed at Indarama Ming Chang Mine, Kwekwe. We are not against investment or mining. We want to work, build our country, and provide for our families in dignity and safety. Right now, that dignity is being taken away. These are the conditions we face daily, and we are speaking out because internal reports have led to victimization instead of solutions: 1. Safety Violations - PPE Denied & Sold to Workers Workers are being made to operate underground and in hazardous areas without proper Personal Protective Equipment. When PPE is available, it is sold to employees instead of being issued freely as required by the Mines and Minerals Act and Factories & Works Regulations. We are expected to buy our own helmets, boots, gloves, and dust masks from the wages we barely survive on. 2. No Clean Drinking Water or Sanitation The entire mine has no clean, potable water for workers to drink. Many of us are forced to drink shaft water. There are no functional toilets on site. This is a serious health and dignity risk. 3. Poor Wages, No Grading Structure Employees are underpaid with no clear grading or salary structure. There is no transparency on how wages are calculated, no promotions, and no career path for most general hands. 4. Inhumane Accommodation Workers are housed in small rooms built from sacks, tents, and plastics, directly on bare ground. There is no proper housing that meets basic health and safety standards. We sleep in overcrowded, unsafe structures exposed to weather and illness. 5. Victimization & Unlawful Dismissals As workers, we elected representatives to formally write to mine administration to raise these issues for resolution. Instead of dialogue, anyone who raises a concern is dismissed with immediate effect. Employees are being fired without due process, without hearings, and without reason. Fear has replaced safety. Our Plea: We are Zimbabweans. We want to work. But we cannot work safely, legally, or humanely under these conditions. We therefore humbly plead for urgent assistance and investigation from: 1. Ministry of Mines & Mining Development- For safety and compliance inspections 2. Ministry of Labour & Social Services- For labour law, wages, grading, and unfair dismissals 3. Ministry of Health & Child Care- For water, sanitation, and occupational health risks 4. His Excellency, the President- For intervention to protect Zimbabwean workers We are not trying to damage the mine. We are asking for the law to be upheld: safe PPE, clean water, decent toilets, fair pay, proper housing, and the right to speak without fear of being fired. Sincerely, The Workers of Indarama Ming Chang, Kwekwe

BREAKING NEWS: Anthropic just dropped Claude Ops 4.5!! It is by FAR the best coding model I've ever used. We've been testing it internally Every 📧 for the last few days, and it is an absolute paradigm shift for any kind of coding task. It extends the horizon of what you can vibe code The current generation of new models—Anthropic’s Sonnet 4.5, Google’s Gemini 3, or OpenAI’s Codex Max 5.1—can all competently build a minimum viable product in one shot, or fix a highly technical bug autonomously. But eventually, if you kept pushing them to vibe code more, they’d start to trip over their own feet: The code would be convoluted and contradictory, and you’d get stuck in endless bugs. We have not found that limit yet with Opus 4.5—it seems to be able to vibe code forever. Takes working in parallel to a whole new level because it's far better at planning and coding, it can work with more autonomy—meaning you can do more in parallel without breaking anything . Kieran Klaassen worked on 11 different projects in six hours—and had good results on all of them. Great at design iteration Opus 4.5 is incredibly skilled at iterating through a design autonomously using an MCP like Playwright. previous models would lose the thread after a few cycles, or say a design was done when it wasn't. Opus 4.5 is incredible at autonomously iterating until a design is pixel perfect. we have a full 4,000 word vibe check on Every 📧 right now with everything we tested:

Get ready for more East Palestine Ohio situations Rail lobbyists representing industry giants like Union Pacific are spending big money to pay off regulators to automate track inspections, even allow for trains carrying chemicals to drive over broken tracks for 72 hours before being fixed “Keeping railroad tracks safe is supposed to be their job. — But the biggest railroads want them to do it less. The class one railroads have requested a safety waiver to reduce visual track inspections from twice a week to twice a month. Nobody in the rail industry on the executive side can explain why that's rational. Big Rail, it seems, wants to go automated. They use this creative language of automated track inspection” “Every single day. We have the opportunity for an East Palestine three times.” “The carriers asking for those inspections to be reduced to twice a month. 75% reduction in the required inspections” “There is another concerning aspect of the waiver request. same waiver would allow railroads up to 72 hours to address a defect after it is identified. For years, it's required that defect to be remedied. — You're going to be running trains at full speed, 65, 70 miles an hour over that defect while it's still in the track for up to three days. I don't think anyone living around a railroad track or within a mile or two of the railroad track wants to have chemicals running over defects or wants to have passenger trains running over defects in their area. It's dangerous. It will cause derailments and it will cause death and it will cause harm and it will destroy the environment.”

how to use openclaw to spin up 24/7 digital employees and build cash-flowing assets: 1. spin up openclaw (mac mini, vm, orgo, whatever) in a workspace so you can run 5–10 machines at once (main agent + sub-agents) 2. pick one boring workflow inside one industry (distributors, real estate, insurance, law firms) 3. map the workflow tip-to-tail (email/trigger → legacy software clicks → downloads → parsing → upload to crm) 4. use claude code to build the “under the hood” python pipeline (openclaw becomes the operator + trigger, code does the heavy lifting) 5. productize it as a repeatable bundle: “setup + 30 days management + new workflows each week” 6. use upwork as the lead source and the sandbox (it tells you what people pay for right now) 7. turn the best-paying workflow into a vertical workspace: 20 skills, 8 sub-agents, one invite link 8. sell it to bigger companies as “ai employees for this department” (with clear outcomes + SLA) "BuT yoU cAn'T bUiLD a BiG coMpaNY dOInG uPwoRk deAls" think about it like this “how does a $1k automation gig turn into a big company deal?” like this: 1. upwork gives you paid reps + proof someone pays for the workflow 2. those reps become case studies (“saved 12 hrs/week”, “uploaded 5k records/day”, “reduced ops errors by 80%”) 3. you stack 5–10 workflows in the same vertical 4. now you’re selling a package and not a one off deal which is tough 5. bigco buys packages because procurement 6. understands scopes + outcomes openclaw is the wrapper. claude code is the factory. sub agents/skills are the workforce. the vertical bundle is the product. episode is live on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 i will never gatekeep i want to see you win in this openclawed world i am rooting for you watch.

Should I start this biz? I have a metal shop like this on my property. Full HVAC, 2,100 sqft. It's rented for $2,500 month to month to a lawncare biz. There's insane demand in my area for youth personal sports training here, from middle to high school. My buddies keep telling me I'll have a waiting list. Anyone could start this anywhere. I'm considering filling my shop with equipment, lining with astroturf and renting it out by the hour to 2-3 trainers at a time. My area is somewhat rural but affluent, and 30 mins from downtown Dallas. There are no gyms here. The demographic is upper middle class families with overachieving kids and top tier schools. Lots and lots and lots of youth sports. Furthermore, Texas' LARGEST high school is 10 mins away - 5,400 students across 3 grades. I don't want a monthly memberships because I want to control the flow of people at any given time, even if less profitable. I'm optimizing for quality of life here, and not trying to manage a 6th biz or massive headache. I'm thinking: - $40 per hour time slot - 10 surge hours per day at $40 per - 10 low demand hours per day at $10 per - 4 down hours per day for cleaning - 2-3 max people per slot That's 1,800 slots per month. At 3 trainings per week on average you'd need 150 students to be at max capacity. I could sell bundles of time slots together at a discount. There are at least 10,000 middle - high schoolers within 10 miles... And ~3,000 sets of parents with too much money to spend on sports. ON PAPER, at full capacity thats $45k/month top line. Much better than $2,500! Not bad for 2,100 sqft. Maybe add an hourly employee and some vending machines with drinks and snacks. Make it really nice inside. It would require some upfront build out cost. I could see this biz going up almost anywhere. Rent out someone else's shop with permission to do this. Buy (rent) by the acre and sell by the foot. The WeWork for youth sports. I want to do this but have zero time. Poke holes in this please. It seems asymmetric to me. If it doesn't work out I resell the equipment, enjoy my new $12k astroturf floor and move on.

🇿🇦 Read and weep... its about time the truth starts coming out...‼️ "I am a contractor and I worked at the Medupi Power Station. I wish to add a few comments... "The working staff get the last day of each month off as well as half the previous day for pay day. "General workers arrive between eight and nine and start working on the new substations by ten. "Lunch starts at about 11:30 and finishes about 14:00 They leave at about 15:30 "These are the general workers pulling in new cables, moving panels etc. "So very little real work gets done because of the short working hours. "I was working in a substation. The air conditioning system was not working because the controller is the wrong type. It has taken four months to find a replacement. It was 40 degrees in the substation "The two main chimneys at Medupi have been built facing the wrong direction. They are 180 degrees the wrong way round. This means the pipework will all have to be changed. The efficiency of the blowers will be affected as the pipework is incorrect. "The management of staff is a mess. The staff sit and look at you if you ask them to do anything. They know that if they don’t like what you are asking, they can on strike and they have done it. So nobody messes with them. "The engineer who signed off the building of the chimneys the wrong way round has disappeared. There was insufficient management oversight. The wrong air conditioning unit in the substation was also due to lack of management. LUNCH "Apparently the “kitchen” or food contract is run by the local ANC mayor or leader. The workers are guaranteed a hot lunch every day. There is a central kitchen and mess. "Thus a worker who is an hour away from the kitchen, is transported in a little bus. His lunch hour only starts when he picks up the plate to be served. "So an hour lunch break lasts 2 or 3 hours in some sections. "When the workforce was on strike the lunch providers were paid full value – not just the profit section even though they were not supplying any meals. "The lunch contract has come up for review many times and every time the same person is awarded the contract despite better or other bids." Now this is just lunch.... Imagine the rest ?

Greg Isenberg broke down a 35-step playbook for building AI startups from zero to $1M+/year. 4 businesses, all profitable, no VC money I compressed it into 12 rules that actually matter: 1. ride a trend, don't create one: find a niche where demand already exists but tools are 5 years behind. if people are complaining in reddit threads and facebook groups.. that's your market 2. audience before product: master ONE platform. set notifications for 10 niche leaders, reply with real insight (not "great post!"), gain 5-10 followers daily. this compounds into an unfair advantage when you launch 3. validate with wallets, not surveys: if nobody will pre-pay at 50-70% off for something that doesn't exist yet.. they won't pay full price either. your audience becomes your investors 4. vibe code the MVP: use Cursor/Bolt/V0 to ship v1 in days not months. the goal isn't perfect code, it's proving people will use it. polish comes after revenue 5. keep the team at zero: AI is your co-founder now. Manus for research, ChatGPT for PRDs, Claude Design for design, Cursor for code. most $1M/yr businesses in 2026 run with 1-3 people max 6. automate before you hire: find the 3-step process you do 10x a day that takes 5 minutes each time. automate that first. Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier. work toward 90%+ automation 7. retention before growth: fixing churn is 10x more valuable than doubling acquisition. run retention sprints before growth sprints. most founders do this backwards and wonder why revenue flatlines 8. modular pricing kills one-size-fits-all: free tier for top of funnel, $29 for individuals, $299 for teams, $3K for enterprise. let the product sell itself at every level 9. partner with creators instead of buying ads: offer 1-20% equity or 20-50% rev share to creators with your audience. one partnership can outperform 6 months of paid marketing 10. build free tools for distribution: a public-facing calculator, checker, or generator drives organic traffic AND trains AI search to recommend you. this is the new SEO 11. think portfolio, not single product: once business #1 is profitable, repeat the process. share infrastructure, cross-promote, create a flywheel. Walt Disney didn't build one ride 12. ship something new every 30 days: a culture of shipping beats a culture of planning. new MVP monthly, acquire underperforming products with distribution upside, recruit operators to run them what actually compounds in 2026: - audience before product, not the other way - pre-selling before building - 1-person teams running $1M businesses with AI - retention over acquisition, always - portfolios over single bets - shipping over strategizing the cost of building has never been lower.. billions of people with credit cards are reachable through social media the only bottleneck left is you actually starting full 30-min breakdown from GREG ISENBERG attached below ↓ study this P.S. left 20 not taken startup ideas below which you can take and start growing

Example of a true working set... You’re probably doing way more sets than you need Trust me Back in high school and college, I would lift 7 days a week, doing anywhere from 30 to 50 sets per day I used to think those 30-50 sets were the key to growth, but over time, I realized that most of those weren’t true working sets Here’s the thing... If you can do 4 sets of 8 reps with the same weight each set, you’re probably not pushing yourself hard enough A true working set should leave you near failure within the target rep range For example, let’s say your plan calls for 2 sets of 6-8 reps After a few warm up sets, you try 135 lbs and hit 8 reps, but you know you could have done 6 more That’s still a warm up set since you’re not reaching failure in the 6-8 rep range You’d then go up to 145 lbs and aim to fail around 6-8 reps If 145 still feels too light, that’s another warm up set You keep going up in weight until you find the load that challenges you to fail within that 6-8 range If you don’t have a spotter, leaving one or two reps in the tank is okay This is where true muscle growth happens, by pushing close to your limit Sleep and diet is actually where muscle growth occurs but you never push yourself hard enough in the gym and give your body a reason to grow, hypertrophy will never happen The gym is just the stimulus to give the muscle a reason to grow We then get bigger through sleep and diet Back to the working sets... For example, in the video, I hit 540 lbs for 8 reps on this hack squat Looking back, I feel I had one or two reps left, but it’s a solid starting point and it was a new PR for me at the time The next week, I would aim for 540 for 9-10 reps or bump up the weight to 545-550 and try to hit 8 reps aka progressive overload I typically keep my quad and hamstring workouts separate and do only about 4-7 sets per muscle group, but each set is intense, and I’m struggling by the last few reps on each set Give this approach a shot, and I promise you won’t need nearly as many sets as you think

i told my OpenClaw: "make me 15x on polymarket with minimum risk or i shut you down" it chose bonding + LP rewards farming instead of trading $3,200 → $52,800 in 31 days zero directional bets didn't expect this at all gave OpenClaw one task: "find the safest way to 15x my capital on polymarket, i don't care about speed" thought it would build some arbitrage bot 3 hours later it came back with a strategy i'd never heard of "bonding + liquidity provision dual income system" here's how it works: instead of betting on outcomes it acts like a mini market maker layer 1: bonding strategy buys extremely high-probability outcomes (96-99% range) example: > "Will Trump be inaugurated?" after election → buy YES at 98¢ > holds until resolution at $1.00 > 2% return but basically guaranteed runs this across 40-60 markets simultaneously layer 2: LP rewards farming > while holding those bonding positions places tight limit orders on both sides around mid-price > polymarket pays USDC daily to liquidity providers closer your orders to mid = more rewards > the reward is paid daily based on how much your orders add to the market the genius part: bonding ties up capital in safe bets but that same capital earns LP rewards while waiting for resolution double income on same USDC MONTH 1 BREAKDOWN: starting capital: $3,200 bonding returns: - 43 markets entered at 96-99¢ - avg 2.4% return per market - 38 resolved (5 still pending) - bonding profit: +$2,890 LP rewards earned: - $180-240 daily from tight spreads - 31 days = $6,820 total - paid automatically at midnight UTC compounding: - week 1: reinvested first $1,800 into more bonds - week 2: added 12 new markets - week 3: LP rewards up to $310/day from larger positions - week 4: snowball effect accelerated final balance: $52,800 total profit: $49,600 effective return: 1,550% (15.5x) risk level: basically zero bonding only fails if 99% probability event doesn't happen LP rewards are guaranteed daily USDC no volatility exposure no directional risk no timing risk the bot runs 24/7: > scans for new high-probability markets opening > enters bonding positions at 96-99¢ > immediately places tight LP orders around those positions > collects daily rewards > compounds into new bonds > repeats early liquidity providers reported making 200-300 USDC per day with roughly 10,000 USDC capital most people on polymarket: - bet on 50/50 outcomes - try to predict elections - gamble on sports - lose money this system: - buys guaranteed outcomes - earns yield while waiting - compounds daily - prints passively if you want to copy wallets already running this: am i missing something or is this literally free money?
