As we mentioned time and time again, the 28 point "peace plan" was not a "peace plan" at all. There was no draft agreement, there was a set of questions proposed for discussion — Putin on Trump's plan ▪️Each point of the US plan for Ukrainian settlement needs to be discussed. We are ready. ▪️From the Russian side, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presidential aides Ushakov and Medinsky will participate in negotiations with the American delegation. ▪️The American delegation is expected to arrive in Moscow next week. ▪️After the negotiations in Geneva between Ukraine and the US, they decided among themselves that all these 28 points should be divided into 4 components. ▪️This information was passed to Russia, Moscow agrees that this can form the basis of future agreements. ▪️The draft plan for Ukraine needs to be put into "diplomatic language," as some points currently sound ridiculous. ▪️The American side takes into account the Russian position in some respects; in some areas, discussions are necessary. ▪️Those who talk about the risk of Russia attacking Europe are "crooks." ▪️Russia is ready to put on paper that it has no aggressive plans towards Europe. ▪️The Russian Federation is ready to discuss European security and strategic stability issues with the West. ▪️The intelligence services of Russia and Ukraine have always been in contact with each other; the platform in Abu Dhabi is used for exchanging prisoners of war. All this hysteria from Ukrainian propagandists was a concerted effort to detail the real peace talks that will take place in the near future.

Parries can instantly kill smaller enemies or interrupt larger enemies' combos ▪️Some liked the parries and finishers, others felt they broke up the flow of combat and slowed it down too much ▪️Multitude of execution style attacks, like tearing limbs off tyrannids and ripping apart the power armor of The Thousand Sons ▪️Gain health through consumable stims found in the game, executions are vital as they fill a portion of your armor ▪️More strategy: Take out groups of smaller enemies first that are surrounding you, or focus on the larger, tougher enemies to sever their synaptic link to the smaller ones? Ranged enemies can slow you down or poison you, while other enemy types buff others ▪️Jump Pack: Fire from high up, dive down on enemies with a devastating strike ▪️Boss Fight: Example of one with a Thousand Sons sorcerer - completely different gameplay experience that was a visual spectacle, cast spells and traverses across the battlefield, 'horrific' eyes emerge from the walls and ceiling of the room, ground turned to liquid, etc (lots of magic) ▪️Graphics are a "feast for the eyes": tons of details in characters, armor, weapons, environments, animations, bolt round explosions, skies filled with tons of enemies, "chaotic soundscape is spot on" ▪️Operations Mode: PvE co-op missions, takes place alongside the main story, play as your own customizable space marine in a squad of 3 ▪️One PvE mission sees your squad spring a trap on a Tyrannid Hive Tyrant, which disables a Tyrannid swarm that Titus was fighting in a separate campaign mission, makes you feel like a part of the bigger picture in the story ▪️PvE missions will take about 30 minutes on normal difficulty, variety comes from the AI director that changes up enemies depending on your class and playstyle, springing surprise ambushes, etc ▪️Classes | Tactical Marine, Assault, Vanguard, Bulwark, Sniper, Heavy - each comes with different weapons, perks, abilities that have unique uses on the battlefield Gamespot: IGN: Push Square: #Warhammer40K #SpaceMarine2

Marathon | Ultimate Overview, Gameplay, Hands-On Impressions ▪️Team based extraction shooter set on Tau Ceti IV, scavenge remains of a lost colony for glory and fortune ▪️Launch: Coming to PS5, Xbox and PC on September 23 ▪️Will be a "premium" product, meaning not F2P ▪️"Weapons and movement feels crisp, fluid, and incredibly satisfying in that rarified way that few studios can achieve" ▪️3 maps, 6 runner classes at launch, more to follow post-launch ▪️Plans to support the game with new maps, weapons, characters, and more as it goes on ▪️Ranked play, end game challenges, seasonal storytelling, secrets to discover, community events all in Season One with more content coming ▪️You play as a "runner", cybernetic mercenary who's given up their human form for a bio-synthetic shell with unique abilities and stats ▪️Runner Types: "Locus" is a soldier class for pushing forward, can use a shield, "Void" is stealth, sneak by undetected, use smoke grenades, "Blackbird" is reconnaissance based, find players, positioning, and more ▪️Uncover secrets hidden in the wake of the original Marathon trilogy's events - how and where this overlaps or clashes with the original games "is a story that will unfold over time" ▪️Objective is to get in, get as much loot as you can, and get out alive ▪️If you die, your gear and loot will be up for grabs. Survive and you can take your gear with you on future runs as you grow in power and fill your vault ▪️Fight in a crew of up to 3 players, various map sizes up to 18 players ▪️PvP + PvE, battle other players, security forces, and "otherworldly threats" ▪️Contextual pings, shared objectives, down-but-not-out mechanics ▪️Environments are filled with weapons, materials, items, resources, cores, keys, backpacks, secrets etc to find You can find things like backpacks that expand your inventory, powerful and unique weapons, consumables to heal yourself, ▪️Select your runner, strategically build your loadouts pre-match ▪️Factions in the game can sponsor you and your loadout ▪️You have the freedom to opt out of crew fill and take all the glory for yourself as a solo runner ▪️"This is probably the best-looking, best-feeling extraction shooter ever made", not easy for newcomers to the genre, can be tough to get into, but one previewer was "reluctant to put Marathon down. This is a good sign – the best thing I can say after any preview is that I want more – but big questions remain" ▪️No two matches ever play out the same, dynamic events, variable weather, unpredictable players etc ▪️Customization: Each Runner "brings their own flair", but serve as foundations to customize your playstyle - collect implants and equipment to augment your Runner, like stacking implants/upgrades to reduce heat build-up to allow you to keep running, jumping, sliding longer ▪️Contracts: "Ingenious" incentives, finish contracts you accept for permanent upgrades to your stats, add precious items like grenades, shields, inventory-expanding backpacks, etc to your market. The bigger your market, the better your minimum loadout becomes ▪️Contracts provide "valuable direction", bring welcome diversity and add a "precious hit of semi-permanent progression" ▪️Prestige Cores: Rare items that can "really push the boundaries" (ex: Glitch has an upgrade that turns double jump into triple jump for more manueverability) ▪️Another rare item is a backpack that turns you invisible while interacting with containers (very useful when everyone on the map is hunting you) ▪️Each match "feels like the most important one ever", high stakes, "surprisingly challenging AI enemies" that were "much, much better at surrounding and overwhelming players than the vast majority of AI enemies found in other games" ▪️Having a balanced crew helps in exploring the "dark and forgotten places" in maps - filled with deadly creatures like a species of giant ticks who swarm you frantically ▪️Battles can become frantic as you encounter other crews, stalk them across the map, encounter AI enemies to fend off when others come to claim your loot (one preview battle turned into a 9 player free-for-all) ▪️Downside could be the reward system where skilled players enter fresh matches with high level gear that outmatches less skilled players, though Bungie says it has gone out of its way to try and make it where a poorly equipped squad can still stand a chance if they play well ▪️Even if you die, you can can still get upgrades, improve your reputation with factions, advance in perk trees, etc by completing various quests, looting chests, or fulfilling specific objectives which unlock new bits of story and can grant perks like buying slightly better gear from vendors ▪️"The world Bungie has built is every bit as beautiful as it is creepy and dystopian, and there are moments where they satisfyingly hint at the events of the Marathon trilogy from the ‘90s", though "what little I saw did only slightly more than pay lip service to the world" ▪️Uses the seasonal reset model like in Diablo 4, where players are stripped of their loot and progress at the end of each season to mix things up with new content and new meta ▪️Game is designed to get you killed, Bungie expects average exfiltration rates to be comfortably below 50% ▪️"You will lose a lot, and losing hurts a lot[...]Extracts are snapshots of this unpredictability. That white-knuckle countdown may become a gut-punch defeat, an unforgettable clutch, a desperate last-second dive into the portal as your downed allies watch in envy and horror (couldn't be me), or an unnerving anticlimax. It's not always a pleasant one, but it is a strong emotional hook" ▪️Some previewers worried about variety, weren't impressed with the objectives in the alpha, like hunting computer monitors on the map, sprinting over, marking dropships, sprinting over, and repeating, though random events help spice things up ▪️Not a 20-map game says Bungie, map design "does have that sticky battle royale quality of generating memories", though still worried 3-4 medium sized maps might not be enough ▪️Bungie's "verbiage" on updates sounds like possibly 1 new map a year + refreshing existing ones in between, which could work in its favor pushing players to really learn maps, but will they hold up over hundreds of hours? ▪️Fights are decided by gun skill, clever ability use, map awareness, how strong your shield is, how many healing supplies you have, etc ▪️Example: If you have one bar of shield and enemy has four, you'll lose 1v1, but change it up with powerful grenades, status effects like toxic or overheat, backpacks are "transformative", etc Gameplay Trailer ▶️ Gameplay Overview ▶️ PS Blog ➡️ IGN ➡️ GamesRadar ➡️ ▶️

🔵 UN spokesperson Farhan Haq delivered an update Monday on conditions in Gaza and the West Bank. Key points from his statement: ▪️ ‘Tactical pause’ has not changed reality Two weeks after Israel’s “tactical pause” announcement, UN staff report “realities on the ground remain largely the same.” Aid “remains by far insufficient” and convoys still face danger and delay. ▪️ Convoy delays up to 18 hours “Some missions inside Gaza take more than 18 hours to be completed,” with UN teams “compelled to wait for more than 10 hours at a stretch on the roads,” which are “often dangerous, congested, or impassible.” ▪️ Access blocked for critical missions Of 11 UN missions requiring Israeli coordination yesterday: 7 were facilitated, 2 were impeded, 1 to collect health items “was not fully accomplished,” and 1 was canceled by organizers. ▪️ Aid seized by starving crowds In recent days, wheat flour, hot meals, and rations were collected at crossings—but “most of the cargo was offloaded by the hungry crowds before reaching its destinations.” ▪️ Child malnutrition at ‘catastrophic’ levels UNICEF warns that recent nutrition supplies—biscuits for pregnant women, infant formula, hygiene kits—are “still a fraction of what is needed,” with malnutrition “reaching catastrophic levels.” ▪️ Fuel levels dangerously low but recent approvals welcomed Yesterday, the UN collected 200,000 liters of fuel from Kerem Shalom. But “while some 70,000 liters of fuel are needed every day for emergency operations, only 29,000 liters have been received”—far below minimum requirements. ▪️ Forced displacement expands A new Israeli evacuation order today covers the Tufah neighborhood of Gaza City. OCHA warns these displacements “push people into overcrowded, unsafe areas with no shelters and essential supplies.” ▪️Only 12% of Gaza is accessible OCHA reminds that “only 12% of Gaza is outside the Israeli militarized zone or areas affected by displacement orders”—meaning nearly the entire population is trapped in unsafe zones. ▪️ No shelter supplies have entered Gaza for 4 months UN partners “are still unable to respond to shelter needs due to zero stock,” with “no shelter supplies having entered Gaza since early March.” ▪️ Ceasefire urgently needed “The UN and our partners reiterate that a ceasefire is critically needed to reach all those in need,” and again call for “a sustained uninterrupted and scaled up flow of aid including commercial goods.” ▪️ Settler violence escalating in West Bank OCHA recorded “at least 24 Israeli settler attacks against Palestinians” last week—causing casualties and property damage. The UN warns: violence by Israeli forces and settlers “continues unabated.”

THE OVERDUE TRUTH ABOUT THE #MeToo CAMPAIGN "#MeToo was always just another movement of discrimination against White males…and I’m tired of pretending otherwise." - Joel Webbon A lot of things haven't been reckoned with in the Trump era, and one of those things is the truth about the #Metoo movement. The movement first arose by that name on October 15, 2017, from an Alyssa Milano tweet calling on her followers to start using the hashtag (pictured below). But the story starts long before that, which you'll see by the time I'm done. ******* INTRODUCTION While the #Metoo movement was broadly an attack on White men as Joel says—or at least men perceived to be White—there was actually something deeper & more specific going on. First, the vast majority of the accused were actually jewish men, which can be seen in the data and which was even acknowledged by Larry David in a famous Saturday Night Live monologue (both attached below). In this way, the sins of jewish men were scapegoated onto White men. Joel is correct here. But there's WAY more to the story. It was always about isolating and attacking one White man in particular—and that leads us to the second purpose of the #metoo campaign, which culminated in attacks on President Trump and calls for congress to investigate his history of sexual impropriety and for Trump to resign. By the end of 2017, 152 House Democrats had signed onto the effort to officially investigate Donald Trump. This was organized and sponsored by Congresswoman Lois Frankel (✡️), chair of the Democratic Women’s Working Group. And this was always the end-game of the #Metoo movement: constant negative press against Donald Trump to hobble his presidency and, because the Democrats didn't yet control the House (and could not therefore impeach him), to eventually force him to resign. But to see how and why Trump was always the target of #MeToo, we have to rewind the clock. ******* THE PRE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN AGAINST DONALD TRUMP: EARLY TIMELINE OF THE #MeToo PSYOP Prior to the successful election of Trump in November 2016, the Left-wing media had tried to torpedo him with various allegations about sexual impropriety. ▪️May 14, 2016: The New York Times publishes the article "Crossing the Line: How Donald Trump Behaved with Women in Private." This was a lengthy exposé of Trump's alleged history of sexual exploitation based on interviews the Times conducted with 50 women! ▪️October 8, 2016: The Washington Post publishes the infamous Access Hollywood/Billy Bush leak where Trump said, "When you're a star, they let you do it, you can do anything...grab them by the p*ssy. You can do anything." This launched what can only be described as an all-out war on Trump throughout October 2016 to sink his election chances. You can look up the specific allegations for each, but here is the summary: ▪️October 12, 2016: New York Times. Jessica Leeds, Rachel Crooks. ▪️October 13, 2016: The Huffington Post. Lisa Boyne. ▪️October 13, 2016. NBC News. Temple Taggart McDowell. ▪️October 14, 2016: WaPo. Kristin Anderson. ▪️October 15, 2016: The Guardian. Cathy Heller. ▪️October 23, 2016: The Guardian. Stacey Williams (with an Epstein twist). ▪️October 30, 2016: The Daily Mail. Beatrice Keul. ▪️January 18, 2017: Summer Zervos files a lawsuit for how Trump treated her on "The Apprentice" It didn't work. Trump was elected & sworn in anyway. ******* THE POST-ELECTION STRATEGIC SHIFT With Trump elected, their strategy shifted to derailing his agenda and ousting him. But they faced the same problem as before: they couldn't seem to get enough Americans to care about Trump's alleged sins. They just couldn't make it all stick. They had to change tactics. And that is when the #MeToo operation was launched. In order to get Americans to care about Trump's transgressions, they decided to situate Trump against a larger backdrop of a systemic problem & sickness in American society. Trump being the prototypical exemplar. Maybe that would create the groundswell against Trump that was missing? ******* CREATING THE GROUNDSWELL Here are some highlights of the Leftist-aligned media's campaign to demonstrate a systemic sexual abuse problem in America: ▪️February 2017: Susan Fowler publishes her account of sexual harassment and HR failures at Uber. It becomes a major Silicon Valley workplace-culture scandal. ▪️April 2017: The New York Times reports that Fox or Bill O’Reilly had paid about $13 million to settle sexual harassment claims. Fox fires O’Reilly on April 19. ▪️May 2017: Sean "P-Diddy" Combs is sued for sexual harassment. ▪️June 2017: The Bill Cosby sexual assault trial. ▪️June 2017: Silicon Valley VC scandal. Justin Caldbeck of Binary Capital takes leave and later resigns after multiple women accuse him of sexual harassment. ▪️June 2017: Shark Tank's Chris Sacca apologizes for unwanted touching. ▪️July 2017: Dave McClure resigns from 500 Startups after sending inappropriate messages to a job applicant. ▪️July 2017: Mark Canter, Macromedia founder, unwanted sexual propositions ▪️July 2017: Singer R. Kelly and abusive sex cults. ▪️August 2017: Singer Usher, sexual battery with multiple women. ▪️August 2017: Taylor Swift wins her groping trial against former radio DJ David Mueller. ▪️September 2017: SoFi's Mike Cagney resigns due to lawsuit alleging the "frat house" culture he ran leading to systemic sexual harassment at the company. Then the Big Bomb hits in October 2017: Harvey Weinstein ******* HARVEY WEINSTEIN AND PRELUDE TO THE ENDGAME ▪️October 5, 2017: The NYTimes drops the Harvey Weinstein bombshell detailing years of his harassment and settlements. ▪️October 10, 2017: The New Yorker drops more details against Weinstein including newly disclosed rape allegations. ▪️October 15, 2017: #MeToo goes viral after Alyssa Milano's tweet (attached below). ▪️October 22, 2017: Los Angeles Times reports that 38 women accused the director James Toback of sexual harassment. ▪️October 29, 2017: Vanity Fair. Kevin Spacey. ▪️November 4, 2017: Larry David admits on SNL that the majority of offenders are jewish. ▪️November 9, 2017: ABC News. Louis C.K. ▪️November 9, 2017: WaPo. Judge Roy Moore. ▪️November 16, 2017: CBS News. Al Franken. ▪️November 20, 2017: Axios. Charlie Rose. ▪️November 20, 2017: Time Magazine. Representative John Conyers. ▪️November 29, 2017: Minnesota Public Radio News. Matt Lauer. ▪️December 11, 2017: Eater NY. Chef/Businessman Mario Batali. ******* ENDGAME: TRUMP Having spent literally the ENTIRE YEAR creating an artificial, media-driven propaganda campaign, it was time to take the action and attention back to Trump. ▪️December 7, 2017: Axios publishes Quinnipiac polling. 70% of Americans say congress should investigate the allegations against Trump. CNN polling reports that 61% of Americans think the accusations against Trump were mostly true and 50% said he should resign. ▪️December 11, 2017: Rachel Crooks, Jessica Leeds, and Samantha Holvey hold a public press conference calling on congress to investigate Trump. UN Ambassador Nikki Haley backs them up. ▪️December 11, 2017: Reuters publishes TWO articles dredging up many of the previous allegations against Trump. (attached below) ▪️December 11, 2017: On a CNN interview with Christiane Amanpour, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand calls for Trump to resign. ▪️December 12, 2017: Congresswoman Lois Frankel of the Democratic Women's Working Group gathers the signatures of 152 Democrats calling for a congressional investigation. ******* AFTERMATH Ultimately, the #Metoo gambit failed to take down Trump. However, in November 2018, the Democrats retook the House of Representatives. Perhaps the multi-year war on Trump via all the negative sexual allegations played a role in that. In 2019, it seems as though they tried returning to the well. ▪️February 2019: Alva Johnson lawsuit for unwanted kisses from Trump. ▪️June 2019: E. Jean Carroll assault allegations against Trump ▪️October 2019: Barry Levine (✡️) publishes his book "All The President's Women", renewing all the allegations and introducing a new one from Karen Johnson, who alleged Trump groped and kissed her at Mar-a-Lago. ▪️September 2020: Former model Amy Doris accuses Trump of sexual assault. By the end of 2019, the Democrats impeached Trump. None of the sexual assault allegations were used as the basis, though. Isn't that in interesting? Since that era, #MeToo has survived, limping along after being embedded in the social consciousness, but it never maintained or regained that massive prominence it enjoyed in 2017. And I think that's because it was fake. Wind-aided. Total psyop. They pulled the plug after it failed. And now you know the rest of the story. (The pie chart below is the most comprehensive list I know of all the men accused in 2017. When you look at this list and note the main media outlets & journalists that pushed this movement, one group of people stands out above the rest)

The biggest financial shift in history is happening RIGHT NOW, and almost no one is talking about the dark side. What people don't realize is that over 100 countries are actively developing their own Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). This isn't speculative crypto; this is government-backed digital currency built on blockchain. Europe, the UK, Asia—they're all in the pilot phase. Within two years, we will begin a forced transition from the current fiat system to a new, programmable monetary grid. Why the push? Control. 100% yes, this is about control. CBDCs are programmable, trackable, and traceable. Every transaction you ever make will be visible on a permanent ledger. They will know what you buy, where you go, and who you support. But it gets worse. This technology has the terrifying capability to: ▪️ Block your spending entirely. ▪️ Cap how much you can spend on fuel, food, or travel. ▪️ Stop you from transferring money abroad. ▪️ Punish you for "non-compliant" behavior by freezing your assets. This isn't a conspiracy theory; it's the inherent capability of the technology they are building. They might not use these powers day one, but the framework for total financial control will be in place. Your money will no longer be yours. It will be a permissioned tool for social engineering. Wake up. Understand the difference between decentralized cryptocurrency (freedom) and centralized digital currency (control). The future of financial freedom is at stake.

40 years since Chornobyl: 10 facts about the largest man-made disaster of the 20th century. ▪️ The tragedy could have happened earlier. The first serious accident at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant did not occur in 1986, but four years earlier. On September 14, 1982, part of the radioactive fuel entered the graphite structure of the reactor. Gamma radiation levels in some rooms exceeded safe limits by 100 times, and localized contamination was detected around the plant. Instead of a public investigation, the KGB classified the incident. ▪️ 400 times more powerful than Hiroshima. The explosion of Reactor No. 4 became the largest man-made accident in history (Level 7 on the INES scale). About 400 times more radioactive material was released into the atmosphere than during the Hiroshima bombing. The total release was around 5,300 petabecquerels, several times more than the 2011 Fukushima accident. ▪️ Who first reported the accident. The first alarm came from Sweden: on April 28, detectors at the Forsmark nuclear plant (1,100 km from Chornobyl) detected radioactive particles. After analysis, Sweden concluded the source was the USSR. Only then did Moscow release a vague statement on national television. In Kyiv, the KGB blocked foreign journalists, and the public was told not to panic. ▪️ Hiding the truth. On July 8, 1986, the USSR’s KGB issued a classified document ordering the secrecy of all information about the accident at Chornobyl. Classified were the scale of destruction, radiation levels, contamination of food and water, cases of radiation sickness, and details of cleanup operations. ▪️ Soviet disinformation. Knowing about the accident, a football match between Dynamo and Spartak in Kyiv still took place, attended by 80,000 spectators. Even on May 1, people were forced to participate in May Day parades. Later, elevated radiation levels were detected on schoolchildren’s clothing. ▪️ Evacuation only 36 hours later. On April 27, residents of Prypiat were told via radio about a “temporary evacuation.” They were told to bring documents and essentials and assured they would return in three days. About 44,500 people were evacuated within hours. By the end of summer, over 90,000 people were relocated from 81 settlements. ▪️ Scale of the disaster. Contamination affected over 2,300 towns and villages in Ukraine, with about 2.6 million residents. In total, around 8.5 million people in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia were exposed to radiation in the first days. Fallout covered an area of about 200,000 square km. ▪️ The sarcophagi over Chornobyl. To prevent further radiation spread, a protective structure called the “Shelter Object” was built over Reactor No. 4 in 1986 in just 206 days. It was intended to last 20-30 years. In 2016, a new safe confinement structure was installed - a 109-meter-high, 36,000-ton arch designed for about 100 years of operation. ▪️ Occupation of Chornobyl in 2022. At the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian forces seized the site. Their goal was to advance toward Kyiv through the exclusion zone. Equipment movement stirred radioactive dust, and power systems for nuclear waste storage were disrupted. ▪️ Strike on the shelter. Chest Workout Routine To build a great chest, you need the right workout routine. This routine will help you effectively target your chest muscles and build strength and size. Warm-up (5-10 minutes) It is important to warm up before starting any workout. This prevents injury and prepares the muscles for the workout. * Light cardio (such as jumping jacks or skipping) * Dynamic stretching (such as arm circles, torso twists) Main Workout Perform the following exercises in 3-4 sets, with 8-12 repetitions in each set. Rest 60-90 seconds between each set. * Barbell Bench Press * This is one of the most effective exercises for the chest. It targets the upper, middle and lower chest muscles. * How to do: Lie on your back on a bench, feet firmly planted on the floor. Hold the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bring the barbell down to your chest and then push it up. * Incline Dumbbell Press * This exercise especially helps develop the upper chest muscles. * How to do: Sit on an inclined bench (about 30-45 degrees). Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Push the dumbbells up above your chest, then slowly bring them down. * Dumbbell Fly * This exercise helps stretch the chest muscles and give a deep cut. * How to do: Lie on the bench on your back, holding a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms slightly bent, stretch the dumbbells above your chest as if you were hugging someone. Slowly bring them back to the starting position. * Cable Crossover * This exercise focuses on the inner chest muscles and provides a better definition. * How to do: Stand in the middle of the cable machine. Hold a handle with each hand. Bring your arms to the front, as if you are bringing your hands together. * Push-ups * Push-ups are a great bodyweight exercise that strengthens the chest, shoulders and triceps. * How to do: Come down on your palms and toes, keeping the body straight. Lower your chest close to the ground and then push up. If normal push-ups are difficult, you can do them on your knees. Cool-down (5-10 minutes) Cooling down and stretching after a workout is important for muscle recovery. * Do static stretches of the chest, shoulders and triceps. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Important tips * Progressive overload: Slowly increase the weight or increase the number of repetitions over time so that your muscles are constantly challenged. * Correct Form: Always focus on maintaining correct form. Incorrect form can lead to injuries and muscles not being targeted properly. * Nutrition: Adequate protein and a balanced diet are important for muscle growth. * Rest: Getting enough sleep and giving your chest a rest before the next workout is essential for muscle recovery and growth. This routine can help you build a strong and well-developed chest. Remember, consistency is key to seeing results!
