I always do an escape check before fully locking myself into self-bondage. This time, the arm straps trapped my wrist. Got to undo my head strap, spit out the gag, calm down, and try a few different angles before finally getting free. Safe… but far more arousing than expected

I’ve been here for about six weeks, and it’s been a wonderful start to my time in the Kingdom of Denmark. Before we all slow down and enjoy the holidays, I wanted to share a few reflections on my first weeks, tell you a bit about myself, and talk about my hopes for the years ahead. I also have a small favor to ask of those of you who know far more than I do about this remarkable country.

Something I talk to my guys about all the time is the mental game. My mental game in high school was mediocre at best. When I got to college, I started taking it more seriously. I began visualizing my kicks the night before games, and I noticed a major difference when I stayed focused throughout the entire game. By improving in those two areas, my numbers improved dramatically. When I transitioned to the NFL, I started visualizing not just the night before games but also before practices. I incorporated positive affirmations into my daily routine and worked hard to maintain positive self-talk. Positive self-talk was especially important for me because, like many of you, I expected perfection from myself all the time. When I wasn’t perfect, I was pretty harsh on myself, which wasn’t helping me improve. So, I made adjustments. As I progressed in the NFL, my focus improved year after year. My self-talk got better, my confidence grew, and my preparation improved. I became more confident in the drill work I was doing off the field and more committed to the game plan every day at practice. By leaving no gray area, I ensured that I was always prepared. Do the little things, the little things matter! Here’s what I noticed. •High school players: Do the little things right sometimes. •College players: Do the little things right most of the time. •NFL players: Do the little things right every time. #TLK

Another animation done. I wanted to try and push myself out of my comfort zone and try weapon choreo this time, but looking at the finished product, the choreo’s a bit stiff… but at least I know how to do better next time :)

Before my accident I always enjoyed pushing myself physically, and this is exactly the same challenge, just on a fundamentally different level. It’s tough and exhausting both physically and mentally but when you put in the effort all that pain turns into something positive.

Today is the first time that Tesla FSD pulled all the way into my garage when I got home. Seems like an occasion to pick up a share or two. It's pulled into the driveway and parked before, but never into the garage. Part of me wonders if it decided to do this because it "learned" that's where I park. Over the weekend there were a few times that I engaged FSD directly from the garage without pulling out manually.

And today until lunch I did everything myself. I put on this shirt myself - no one helped me. These shorts - also myself. No one helps me record this video, I record it myself. And in general, it all started with my crusade -for a pie on the first floor I went to the cafe myself, bought a pie myself. I want to show it to you. My first pie - here it is. Of course, it fell apart But I got it - in an unequal battle with the cafe and payments by phone Doing everything yourself is cool. It gives a completely different feeling of life I wash myself, I eat myself, I go to the toilet myself. You can't tell me how cool it is. You feel complete again. People who are in a difficult situation now try to do everything yourself People who are doing well just live to the fullest! Most likely, now you will see my forehead again, because I control the phone with my nose (for some reason the sensor doesn't respond to stumps) I want to do everything myself. I've said it before and I'll say it again: The neutral-grip lat pulldown is by far my favorite variation. I'm able to connect best with it - try to keep shoulders pinned down (think: keep shoulders away from ears) - intentionally reach up on the eccentric (but be sure to keep load on lats) - drive elbows into hips, DONT think: "I need to pull this bar down" - I like to pretend my entire lat is a 3 inch piece of string that goes from the top of my lat to the very top of my arm, and just try to contract that small area (see picture)
