so im trying Runway Aleph 2.0 on my own footage. this time i wanted to see how far i can push the scene without changing the original motion. i changed the character and some visual elements but the camera movement, timing and performance stay almost exactly the same. what i like is it only changes the part i ask for instead of regenerating the whole shot from scratch. i can test different creative directions from the same footage, which is really useful for ads or content production when you want multiple versions without having to reshoot everything again. one footage, multiple possibilities.

Just tested Runway Aleph 2.0 and this blew my mind a bit lol I saw a video like this when Aleph first released and with the new Aleph 2.0 I wanted to create my own version. You basically select a single frame from the video, apply a change to that specific frame using Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2 or Gen-4 and based on the newly generated image Aleph propagates the change through the entire shot. It's really cool seeing the whole sequence adapt from just one edited frame

They then look slightly concerned followed by the camera zooming out to reveal a vast landscape. Make sure to end on a super wide shot so that taglines can be added." It ran some thoughts by me, and as I genuinely didn't expect this to blow up, I just blindly let it do its thing and told the agent to start the video generation. The result is the one that you saw a few days ago. Keep in mind that results may vary, as many agents create personalized profiles of you based on their previous conversations. Once you have a prompt/result you like, you can go back to the agent and ask something like the following to get more variations: "What are other funny situations we can do that use the exact same structure?" ------------------------------ You can also skip all that, as I am sharing the exact prompt I used below.
