#jingjingyu #JanJingjing oh god snap25 and jan encouraged jingjing to overcome her fear of singing 😭 🐯: i want to share first regarding singing. actually, p’jan and i had this same dream where we wanted to have a song of our own. we both like this side of the entertainment industry, like idols. i’ve always had this dream of actually wanting to become an idol. p’jan likes this side of stuff too. but something happened that made me feel… start pulling myself away from the microphone completely. i didn’t want to sing anymore. it made me anxious and stressed. so honestly, i am someone who lacks confidence when it comes to singing. i stopped singing for a long time, until i joined GMMTV, where there was an opportunity… 🐯: the management told me i might have an opportunitiy to have a song of my own now. at first, i said, “i don’t dare, i’m scared. i don’t dare to do it. i don’t dare to sing. i’m scared. i don’t want to. i’m not confident.” until i got encouragement from p’jan and snap25, who said, “but isn’t this something you like? if you don’t do it now, then when will you do it?” so i started thinking, “yeah that’s true. if i don’t do it now, when will i have the chance to sing and have my own music video again?” so i chose to overcome my own fear 🐯: these days, if you ask if i feel confident yet, i’m still not fully confident, but i have become much more happier with singing. if you ask the experience of having songs, it feels fun and new right now. and it makes me very happy with what i’ve been able to do

soobin about sasaengs (stalkers) 🐰 i thought that i should take about this someday later but it happened during my break this time and even when i went on a trip with my friend to sapporo last time…i don’t know how they find out, they probably buy my flight information…there are people who wait at the airport. this is not a schedule but me during my free time…moas already know how much i like going on international trips…it’s not just me going on a trip by myself, i always go with my friends so you waiting at the airport, taking videos and following us…when i’m alone, i can just ignore it but it’s really uncomfortable for my friends 🐰 the reason i barely came on dms during the break this time is also…i usually share what i’m doing in real time or share selfies in real time on dms but i felt like these people would follow me if i said what i was doing or if i sent a selfie so i couldn’t send any dms…i didn’t send them so i’m sorry to moas who missed me but i didn’t want my real-time information to be leaked so i didn’t send anything 🐰 even the local fans that i met…i told them that i was on a private trip so although it’s okay for them to take pictures and i can sign for them…i asked if they could post it a week later because i thought them uploading it right away would interfere with my trip…i explained this to them and took pictures and signed for them and while i was on the trip, nobody actually uploaded sightings of me and i was really grateful to the local fans for that…but although it wasn’t uploaded anywhere, there were people who came to the airport 🐰 i’m not one bit happy to see you and it’s very uncomfortable so i hope you don’t do things like this again

🩷 : I bought a self-improvement book about how to get better at talking to people. I’m really not good at making conversation, especially with people I’m not close to. The version of me around my friends and my fans is exactly the same, but when I’m around other people, I’m actually not very good at making conversation. I was talking with my friends about a conversation I had with a celebrity I follow on social media, even though we’re not close. My friend was like, “Why didn’t you keep the conversation going?” and I replied, “Wait, really? I supposed to do that right?” It probably makes me seem stuck-up, but honestly, I’m just scared. I keep worrying, “What if they don’t want to talk to me?” So I don’t dare to start a conversation or say too much. But my friend told me, 'Just go for it! You never know if they want to talk to you or not. Sure, it might feel a little awkward or funny if it turns out they don't want to talk with you, but that's how you get closer to people.' To keep it a buck with ya’ll the past 2 months have been a struggle for me turning 50. On one hand it’s dope cause I didn’t think I’d live past 18. On the flip…I’m old. And I still wanna be seen as that fly young bul! But God help me see that the 50+ crowd is us being in our 3rd verse of life! And the hip hop I was raised on, the 3rd verse was always the illest! So now instead being down about turning 50 I’m hype because I wanna make THIS verse in my life the illest! I had been told and believed for years that weight training would make me bulky, but after 10 years of doing weights with Ben Bruno, I have never been happier with my body than I am today. I do a little cardio now and lots of skiing in the winter, but otherwise it’s all weights, and I’m the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Ben annoys me to no end but the workouts work, so I was happy when he created an online workout program this past year because now I can do the routines without even seeing Ben. All of the info for his online program is in the link on his page, if you’re interested. Whether you do his program or not, if you’re a woman and you are trying to lean out, I’m here to tell you to start lifting. It’s made a huge change in my body and I’m a strong as ever.

Open letter to cryptoleon I have seen you literally grow in person and as a creator and I am proud to be your friend to a degree I didn’t even think I would. This moment postgame from Fordham HC Keith Urgo is a perfect example of why all his players speak so highly of him. “I want to apologize to the seniors. We had enough talent to be really successful this year, and I failed them…I feel bad that they didn’t get to experience what we believed we could’ve. That’s on me — I didn’t do a good enough job with this team.” It’s no secret this season didn’t go the way they hoped, and there are adjustments this staff needs to make. But that’s the accountability I want to see if I’m a Fordham fan. My two cents — you can make changes to your system/gameplan. But it’s hard to replicate the passion and commitment that Keith Urgo has for this program.
