I dont usually post the posing videos because they are a work in progress. I usually take still shots from the videos. Figured I would post the whole thing to show kind of what it looks like. I do this everyday after I lift for a few minutes at least.

I usually do my verses in one take. I record whole songs in a few mins. Last night, I recorded the hardest verse of my life. It took me 30 mins and numerous attempts. For a single verse. But I finally got it. I was shaking at the end.

I’m writing this while I’m still in it. Still stressed. Still exhausted. Still after crying. And I’m still working through the night. I need people to understand what this really looks like. The posts you see do not come from some calm, quiet, comfortable life. They are written in the middle of pressure, fatigue, sickness, grief, and responsibility. I take a photo, I write my story, and I post it. Then I keep working. Because I have to. Because my guys need me. Because I cannot give up. Because if I stop, the consequences are real. Every single day, I make the choice to stay here. And yes, sometimes that choice hurts. I am human. I know I could go home. I know there is a beautiful life waiting for me somewhere else. I know what I am missing. I know what rest could look like. I know what peace could feel like. But I stay. I stay because my boys cannot simply go home. I stay because they do not have the freedoms I have as a foreigner under contract. I stay because love is not a feeling here. Love is duty. Love is sacrifice. Love is showing up again and again, even when you are breaking. Right now, I am doing the work of five or six people in this brigade. Not because I have endless strength. Not because I never fall apart. Not because I am some kind of machine. I do it because I care that much. I do it because I am passionate, because I believe in #Ukraine I am a soldier. Not a volunteer. This is not something I step in and out of when it is convenient or I have the energy. This is my duty. 24/7. I save my vacation because when I finally leave for a little while, I do not want a getaway. I do not want a trip. I do not want sightseeing. I do not want Kyiv. I do not want the Carpathians. I want to go home to #Canada. And until the day I can do that, I work. Every post. Every video. Every message. Every fundraiser. I am on duty. Every four to six weeks, I scrape together a few hours to take care of myself and try to remember what normal feels like. But the truth is that I am tired. And some of what I do might look small from the outside. It might look ordinary. It might even look stupid. It is not. Because if I do not do these things, people will die. And yes, they may die anyway. This is war. There are no guarantees here. There are no perfect endings. There is only the fight to give them a better chance, one more chance, any chance at all. YOU give them that fighting chance. And that is why I am asking you, from the deepest and most exhausted part of me, to help. I cannot do this alone. What you do in the 30 minutes after a workout can make a bigger difference than you think. That window is when I focus on rehydrating, replacing the minerals I lost, and giving my body the building blocks it needs to recover. My post workout stack is simple: - 2 to 3 H2Tabs in about a liter of water - Baja Gold Liquid Minerals for trace minerals and electrolytes - Perfect Amino because I don't usually eat immediately after I train I sip it over the next 30 to 40 minutes, then have a whole food meal once my body is ready.

This is the context for anyone wondering or jumpscared by this tweet: Me saying “that’s a bad one I learned from twitch chat” is referring to a fall guys stream I did in 2022 where I called the fall guys little b*aners because they look like beans, then I learned from my chat what that word meant. I nervously laughed this off in the moment tonight, but I wanted to make this post to let everyone know I take this kind of thing very seriously and would never intentionally use a word like that and condemn any use of derogatory slurs. Obviously it still feels tremendously awful I wanted to apologize.

A few days ago I posted proof that the 'cloud photos' debunkers claim were used to make the MH370 videos post date the videos themselves. They then took to reddit to make this post, which ultimately confirms the photos post date the videos, and proceeded to ban and delete any and all criticism of their false assertion of a database migration. Nothing in this post suggests a database migration. I don't think they even know what that means. This is not organic behavior. I understand it's hard for people to accept, but the videos are real. The US intelligence agencies tried to cover them up, and failed.
