I take baja gold sea salt in water along with 5g creatine, and splash of Apple Cidar Vinegar, and 10 Perfect Amino pills first thing in the morning. Then I proceed to workout within the next 30 mins. The perfect amino will already be floating around in my blood during and after my workout!

I guess I can consume H2tabs more than once a day instead of just with my electrolytes and amino powder in the morning.

I like that stack, but H2 tabs specifically say to consume between 2-5 minutes otherwise the H2 is diminished. Is it preserved in the stack you use?

I take one h2tap before I work out following mineral salt in my water as I work out. Good? After my work out I take perfect aminos, flavonoid, creatine in my post workout shake?

Post-workout, sodium matters a lot more than fancy trace minerals if you sweat hard. Most women underdo salt, then call the headache and flat feeling "just fatigue."

Recovery is often overlooked. Rehydration, adequate protein, and a balanced meal can go a long way in supporting muscle repair and overall performance after training.

Do you still recommend this? I seen a video of you recommending it, but couldn’t tell if it was edited to just look like you recommended it.
