I got the chainsaw through this (and other) road blocking fallen trees with some help with the lifting from the 35 year old JCB & its driver, my dad, in his 84th year. Tough as nails & an inspirational work ethic. #StormEowyn

Your dad’s a machine! I remember mine in his mid 70s (we didn’t realize riddled with cancer) deciding that he needed a new bed and that it was silly not to make it himself given that he possessed the skills, having been a shipyard plater (all his furniture was just slightly over engineered).
