BREAKING: Harrison Floyd who is the last co-defendant in Trump’s election interference case in Georgia remains in custody. He was just denied bond Judge Emily Richardson in the Georgia courts. Floyd will remain behind bars. A lot of conservatives are questioning why all of the other defendants have been let out on bond, while Floyd, a black man, has not been. The ruling by the judge was that Floyd was a flight risk and there was also the risk that he may commit further crimes if he was released. However, Judge Richardson is not the judge who has been assigned the case. Judge Scott McAfee is the assigned judge, so it is still very possible he will be allowed out on bond when the official judge in the case can make a decision. It’s also worth noting that Richardson did not have an attorney with him to argue for bond. He elected to do so without hiring a lawyer. What are your thoughts? Will Floyd ultimately get bond? If the Tate's were ever going to face trial in Romania, it was years and years away. They were never going to risk giving up the cushy deal they had been given. And this is important to consider when people (moronically) use the Tates complying with Romania as proof that they are not a flight risk for the UK. You are comparing: Being able to travel the world freely and live as normal for years and years while awaiting trial in Romania Vs Being likely incarcerated until trial in the UK (and the UK charges are trial ready) where they face up to life sentences if convicted of what they are charged with. So in my opinion, the Tate's behaviour in Romania does not mean they are not a flight risk to the UK. 2. "We haven't been given evidence like victim names, witness statements. We demand the evidence and police records from the UK." It's not unusual for the UK not to produce its full evidence at this stage. Extradition hearings aren't trials - they determine whether someone should be extradited, not whether they're guilty.

We did a space as soon as he was arrested and the consensus by most panelists was that they are 'most likely guilty' We came to this conclusion based on a narrative built around Tate, mainly from things he said, generally taken out of context. However, over the past few months, while the Tates were being held without bail, we started seeing all the evidence getting 'leaked'. I will make a thread on this one day, but to say the evidence is 'underwhelming' is an understatement. It's a cliche and I don't want to repeat myself or any other people, but look, Shariah law is not compatible with Western values. We stand for freedoms, we stand for democracy.
