Small-minded people like us thought paper leaks stop by catching the leakers, fixing the system and putting honest people in charge. By that logic, stop rain, stop trees, stop paper, stop NEET, and the leak problem is solved. Or maybe just try the Education Minister’s resignation once. What if the solution is stuck there?

A bill introduced in the parliament needs to be scrutinised, discussed with several stakeholders before being introduced and discussed to become an act. Paper leak bill became an act in 2024, without much discussion & now after 2025 paper leaks and a re-examination in 2026 that led to death of several students, amendments are being introduced after 12-14 members of the cabinet have decided these amendments are the best solution. How is that a solution?

This bill proposes to amend the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 to make such cases of sacrilege a crime punishable with a maximum punishment.
