Due to potholes, traffic is currently moving at a slow pace near the ROB down ramp heading towards Butta Convention. The GHMC team and Madhapur Traffic Police are actively working on filling the potholes in the area to ease traffic flow and improve road safety. Commuters are advised to proceed with caution and expect minor delays until the repair work is completed.

I will investigate the matter and establish what has happened to the funds, if any were allocated for this bridge, and why it has remained impassable for about 2½ years. If the facts confirm that funds were provided, we shall follow the money and hold those responsible accountable. If no funds are available, we shall work with the relevant authorities to ensure the bridge is fixed. I will visit the area shortly. Let the bridge be repaired before my visit if the responsible authorities can act urgently. Our people should not suffer because of negligence or mismanagement. Accountability must deliver results. #MukonoDistrict #Accountability

In October 2025, I warned Canadians about Bill C-8 and the sweeping powers it gives the federal government to silence citizens and intrude on their private lives. Today, at the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security, I raised those concerns directly with Minister Mélanie Joly. She acknowledged my concerns (previously, her colleague Marianne Dandurand called my concerns “fearmongering”) and agreed to make amendments. Concerningly, the Liberals have reneged on such commitments in the recent pass (re: Bill C3). We must now all hold her to her word. Onwards!
