I just received this video inside the troubled #USPS Distribution Hub in Indy. As you can see packages are piling up... and according to workers... aren't being touched for days. WTHR.com has been reporting on shipping delays linked to this facility since December.

@WTHRcom I have seen my package go from the west coast to the gulf coast and returned to the west coast and then through Chicago before getting back to my local post office! A delivery that should have taken 3-4 days took 3 weeks to get delivered. That is a waste of money!!

@WTHRcom They can stop giving me all the junk mail, and free up some time.

Everyone dreads seeing your package hit the Indy hub. I've seen it go from MI to Indy hub, to TX, to Ok then back to Indy hub, then to Westport. It's been an issue for a long long time. Noone at USPS cares any more. Just like FedEx these days. Having said that, our local postal ladies, are always super friendly and great.

@WTHRcom Some of these packages are medications being sent to pharmacies. This is so sad and troubling.

@WTHRcom Finally received my package that sat there for over a week. Only after I filed a “Missing Mail” report.

@WTHRcom Can confirm. I had a Christmas present leave Maine Dec 18. Delivered to me in Indy on Feb 12. They need help and a lot of it!

@WTHRcom I have a package that has been sitting there since February 2nd. No updates other than it’s delayed. It is very frustrating and I ordered it on January 24th. It shipped from Maryland.

@WTHRcom As an Indy resident I’ve had several packages and mail just go missing. Whe. you contact them they act like welp sorry for ya!

@WTHRcom Yeah I have a package stuck there since the 9th .Its only got to travel another 35 miles.

@WTHRcom I ordered a package of tea online. It began in California, then to Chicago, then Evansville, IN, and no in Louisville, KY. It's circling around Lafayette, IN, where I live and USPS is unable to give a delivery date. So far it's been 9 days Louis DeJoy still in charge of this mess
