This is absolute 🔥. It fits exactly what Jay Gibbons, Jeff Frye, Chipper, ARod, Bonds all said in the vids Jay posted yesterday to Teacherman86. I hope that guy and his HLP followers see this too bc it’s 💯 legit, actually matters a lot for kids learning to hit too😊

Ted Williams preached that your swing angle needs to match the angle of the pitch. It’s maximizes the impact zone.

Training to hit the ball lower in BP makes sense, because of higher arc of ball flight on BP pitches compared to games. However, using AVG as the basis for offense is bad, and Arraez himself averaged a 13.7 degree launch angle. Low-power guys should focus 0-20, not -10 to 10...

What’s sad is it wasn’t that long ago a good hitting was someone hitting .270 - .300+. Now it’s fine if a dude is hitting 220 as long as he has 20+ HRs…. 🤦🏻

Nerds in an office don’t understand how to segment data practically, Billy does. It just hit me how similar Arraez is to Don Mattingly. It would be fun to see a more in depth comparison.

Yep. Reminder a hit is ALWAYS more fun to watch than a walk
