I know what's achievable in space and what isn't. Golden Dome's space-based intercept layer won't work at the level nuclear defense requires. Before Congress commits taxpayers to potentially the most expensive defense program in our nation's history, we need to know it will actually work.

Congress just allocated $25B for orbital defense, with the "Golden Dome" program requiring $831B over 20 years. At least 13 high-ranking scientists and researchers linked to nuclear defense and space technology are now missing, with some stating publicly that they are not suicidal. The FBI and Congress are now investigating these cases. Their work shows significant overlap, with ties to NASA, Los Alamos, and various defense and space research networks. Many of them were involved in top-classified projects and held Department of Defense contracts. Is this all a coincidence, or is there something more behind it?

Tomorrow, I will participate in a meeting in the “Ramstein” format, with additional negotiations planned with partners at the level of defense ministers and military commanders. Ukraine’s Defense Minister, Rustem Umerov, is already in Germany and has begun initial meetings. For Ukraine, the key priority is to continue strengthening our air defense systems and to ensure we can at least push Russian military aviation away from our cities and borders. This goal is achievable if our partners act now to implement the agreements we have been discussing for a long time. I am grateful to everyone who is helping.
