Without googling it… how many of you actually know what a butter bell is? We’ve had one on our counter for years. I just learned what it does and how to use it. My wife made it very clear that I am a savage I might be but was wondering if I was the only one

I have no clue about mechanics, but I always test this before deciding on a car... 🚗 Jokes aside, let me tell you how to create these AI videos in just 5 minutes. 🧵👇

I built a complete cinematic video from a single sentence. No camera. No editing software. No prompt engineering. Just a conversation with @FlovaAI. Here's the full step-by-step of how it actually works. 🧵👇

If you watch my Lat Pull-Down or my Pull-Ups videos, you will notice: This is EXACTLY what I do It is of NO BENEFIT to your Lats to let your Shoulders rise - Keep your scapula depressed - Drive with your elbows - Descend to a near full arm extension Repeat

I did 30kg weighted pull ups today. But many people are not able to do even a single pull ups. Save this thread if you want to learn how to do pull ups, if you follow this, by end of July, you will be able to do it. 👇👇👇

There’s more to it than just stretching or “resting it out.” You can’t just avoid impact as a runner—you have to train for it. Our Running Prehab program helps you do exactly that. No fluff. Just what actually works.
