People are going crazy about how Coach Wadu was speaking to Tito, but that’s the reality of football. Most ambitious coaches aren’t there to coddle feelings they’re there to demand standards, push players, & get the best out of them. Not every tough conversation is disrespect, sometimes it’s accountability. The dressing room isn’t always a comfortable place when the goal is improvement.
