I love my Hogs!!! I will ride with them until the wheels fall off, then keep going from there. But sugarcoating mistakes doesn’t lead to improvement. It’s not about tearing players down—it’s about setting a standard. Because being “good” isn’t the goal… being great is. And greatness requires honesty,... show more

"If you’re incapable of being coached, then you’re not going to improve and you’re not going to reach your goals." It’s not about your feelings; it’s about your future. Success doesn’t come from staying the same—it comes from embracing the challenge to be better every day.

This echoes the sentiment of the majority of #CowboysNation and is a candidate for quote of the last quarter century from Zach Wolchuk “It’s disgraceful. And he’s [Jerry Jones] still going to make his money because schmucks like me that don’t love the #Cowboys because of the Joneses, you love the Cowboys because you grew up going to games with your family members and you fall in love with the sport. And I love the #DallasCowboys because of the Dallas Cowboys. Not because of the names on the back of the jerseys or who owns the team, but it’s because of the team. But unfortunately now it’s just depression. That’s what it is being a Cowboys fan. It’s utter depression and anger and where the hell do I go from here… It’s disgraceful, it’s a slap in the face to your fans. It’s like you’re doing a bit. Do you give a damn? The answer is no, you don’t right now. You don’t care about winning a championship. And all you care are about is printing money” - Zach Wolchuk

People are going crazy about how Coach Wadu was speaking to Tito, but that’s the reality of football. Most ambitious coaches aren’t there to coddle feelings they’re there to demand standards, push players, & get the best out of them. Not every tough conversation is disrespect, sometimes it’s accountability. The dressing room isn’t always a comfortable place when the goal is improvement.

Thanasis Antetokounmpo believes the Heat will be VERY good this season: “My prediction for the Heat is that they’re going to be a very good team. I know people don’t have them being a really good team, but I have them being a really good team. Because of the way they play, and the players they have. If you guys want to bet against them, be my guest. Bet against them. I will not.” (Via Thanalysis Show) 🔥

It’s almost impossible to completely isolate the players from the stage. If I know a crucial play that requires crowd silence is about to happen, I will usually toggle xray so players don't get tipped off from any extra noise.

Naz Ried on his name being mentioned on J Cole’s The Fall Off: “That was fire, I had no clue, I didn’t know he knew me. That was crazy, the bar was crazy, I mean especially being a song from the album and it’s really good. If you ask me that’s the best song, not because of my name but you could add that in there… I woke up and a few people told me about it, and I was like what are you talking about. Then I checked out, it’s a good song and I’ve been playing it sense, you know, got to make sure everybody hear it” (Via Andrew Dukowitz)

It’s time for a NEW generation to lead this country forward. The United States Senate is not a retirement home. 24 years in Washington is long enough. I believe in term limits. I’ve given my word to Texas: Two terms. Twelve years. Then I pass the torch. Because leadership isn’t about holding onto power. It’s about serving with honor, and stepping aside when the job is done. And make no mistake: Washington doesn’t choose Texas’s leaders. Texans do.

My U17 girls fall season ends at ECNL FL in January. I give you a goal from them daily until then. This one a passage of play I love, a just missed and characteristically brazen lay-off attempt in front of goal, then Lydia Robertson tearing the cover off the ball. #youthsoccer

Chris Bosh explains how Kobe Bryant taught him that greatness is mostly an unglamorous routine “If you’re trying to go after something, it’s a process and you cannot cheat it. That is one thing you cannot do. You can’t cheat the process, and even then that doesn’t guarantee you anything. You have to have your stuff together because you want to win, that doesn’t guarantee a win. You just have to make sure you’re doing your process.” “I had the chance to have a conversation with Kobe. We were friendly and we tried to have dinner once a year. He always talked about loving the process of what you do. That’s important. You have to love what you do and love putting the work in because some days are going to suck. It’s always going to suck to go in the gym and shoot 10,000 free throws.” “Everybody’s like, ‘Oh, Kobe, this is amazing.’ He’s like, ‘Yeah, that’s cool, but think about my day. I get up at 4:30am, take my kids to school, I lift weights, I go to practice, I pick them up from school, then I’ve got to do treatment because I’m 35 years old in the league. Then I’ve got to do treatment, and by the time I finish all that stuff, the day’s over. I don’t do anything else. This is all I do.’” “If you take on that approach to something that you love, if you can stick with it even in those tough days, that’s where you want to be.” “You gotta love the grind, man. That’s the part I always like to think of anytime something gets hard. If I’m pursuing a goal and I want to quit, it’s going to come. It’s going to come. It’s okay.” “How many people would quit right now? That’s the first thing I think about. Then I keep going. I’m like, okay, I’m not going to let this drop me off and keep me away from what I’m doing.”

I’m not a warmonger, I just know too much about this evil regime in Iran and how they operate. “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” is their stated goal and their life’s purpose. There is no point negotiating with them. You need to go in and go in strong and root out this cancer. Because otherwise, it’s just mowing the lawn, it’s kicking the can down the road, and they will not stop.

Arman Tsarukyan reveals he doesn’t take grappling matches as seriously as UFC fights🤼😭 “It’s like a training session because I don’t cut weight. If I lose, I don’t care, it’s not my sport. Mark Wahlberg says actors can actually fall in love while filming, but now they have intimacy coordinators so this doesn’t happen “Over the history of the film industry, it’s probably happened quite a few times. But it’s just kind of part of the job, and it’s awkward and uncomfortable. The good thing is now you’ll have people who are intimacy coordinators, who will help people talk about what they’re comfortable with, not comfortable with, to make sure that people feel good about the process.”

If you’re angry about the state of the country, or even the world, Nick Fuentes says there’s nothing wrong with you. “I think it’s all the more reason in 2026 we have to double down and say: this isn’t spite…We are not malcontents. We are not freaks. We are not people who are not well-adjusted. I think everyone is realizing we want to fight for our civilization. We want to have a civilization.” “Not only is there nothing wrong with that, that’s actually the only normal position. That is the normal, healthy, righteous disposition.” “It’s not about hating the Indians that are coming here. It’s not about hating Islam or Muslims. It’s not about hating jews. It’s not about hating anybody. It’s about loving our home.” “The things that are killing our country are: mass migration, feminism, and our jewish oligarchy. Our country is not dying, it’s being murdered. Our country is being murdered by these things. Without them we would thrive.”
