Astra (GPT-6) is here!!! I've had early access and tested it like crazy with things like games, code, writing, browser control, presentations and general knowledge work. This is the best model I've ever used. Period. (Incredible demos below in this thread ⬇️) Here's my take on Astra: > It's insanely capable. This feels like a massive improvement, not just an incremental change. This is especially true with zero-shot prompts. > It's all about knowledge work. Slide creation, analysis, writing, and browser control. And oh my...it's so good at browser control. GPT-5.6 was already fantastic at doing things in the browser, Astra is another level and significantly faster. > We're closer than ever (arrived?) at prompt-to-playable game. And I don't just mean only playable, these are actually fun games. I bet if someone with a great eye for games used Astra, they could create a viral game within 1-2 weeks. > Astra is better at writing but not perfect. It removes much of the "AI Smell" we're all familiar with but some stink still survived. > It has a tendency to use the same design colors and look/feel as GPT-5.6 (forrest green anyone?) but it is more steerable in design than previous models. > It's highly steerable in general. A little nudge goes a long way. When I first started using Astra, almost every task I gave it would go for ~30 minutes. I wanted it to keep working. Adding more specifics to a prompt helped greatly with it's ability to work for a long time. > Astra's 3D understanding is unmatched. 3D asset creation was consistent and easy and its spacial awareness while building complex 3D worlds blew me away. dude GPT-6 Astra is some kind of turbo-AGI machine god for 3D games. It one-shot this in 45 minutes for hardly a couple % of my quota. I figured out how to get great graphics out of it. The trick is image gen. I'll share the process below.

This is my first "Holy Shit" moment with GPT-6 Astra I asked GPT-6 Astra to create a ROBLOX game, and the results are stunning! Who needs to make games when it's this easy to make them in the click of a button? AI Rules! I'm super excited to see what GPT-6 Astra is capable of!

One of my favorite details in DialKit is the slider component. Smart snapping on click, responsive drag handle, ability to type to enter value too... it even has rubberbanding. It's not perfect yet, but it's the best I've seen for this type of control.

Muzzle I am working on for a commission. The muzzle itself is 3D printed foaming TPU so it’s soft and light. The teeth and nose are hard PLA. Nose clicks into the inner upper muzzle are to keep it in place. Happy with how this smaller build head for a customer is coming along. Waiting on the rest of the parts to finish printing to assemble.

Happy Father’s Day to all! To all of the trader dad’s out there: I have the utmost respect for you. Sacrificing your free time to pick up a skill with the goal of creating a better life for your families is admirable and should not be overlooked. Never overlook the sacrifices your father made for you to be in the place you are today 🙏 My dad coached me in baseball and was a huge part of my success. I can’t wait to teach him some stuff in the markets!

I am completely saddened to see what has happened to Grok Imagine with it's latest update. It's a massive downgrade in motion and it prioritizes slow motion and random zooming in that is not even prompted. Prompt adherence seems to be suffering. If you can't see the night and day difference here, I don't know what else to say. Instead of just talking, look at my comparisons. I am very vocal and honest on here, this update is bad and it needs to be fixed. Grok Imagine used to showcase some of the most realistic and fluid motion, making it outperform a lot of other AI Video generators. To see it get butchered like this is extremely disappointing. Please fix this or roll back the changes. I am not the only one complaining here, just search for "grok imagine update" and read the replies for yourself. The community is not happy. This is not the direction it should be heading in. People in the community need to learn to also be honest and speak up, step outside of your bubble for once. I trust the devs see our complaints and make changes to what was once an incredibly powerful AI video generator.

my team didn't want me to give this away for free. But I'm going to do it anyway it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes the dashboard has three tabs: 1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number 2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget 3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. The single view for what is working I built this because this is how I drive our SEO and AEO forward it gives me the insights I need to allocate budget and prioritize what content to work on next I decided to give it away because most companies have no idea AI search is already sending them traffic like this post and comment "AEOdashboard" and I'll send it over

I just built my own wiki generator plugin for my agents. My agents can now generate wikis for anything I ask. One of my favorite wikis is called PaperWiki. This is a great example of what Andrej Karpathy describes. It uses obsidian vaults to organize papers, retrieve LLM-generated summaries, diagrams, and other advanced views for paper exploration. When Obsidian UI is not enough, I use my own artifact generator inside my agent orchestrator (see clip for example). This allows my agents to build any kind of view or exploration feature that I need. The papers are all curated with automations and several rules/patterns I have manually built over the years. On the surface, this looks basic. But behind the scenes, there are advanced search capabilities, connections, metadata, derived data, and other interesting bits of information that are extremely useful for my research agents. This is mostly built for agents. The artifact preview is just a high-level way to validate and quickly assess the quality of the wiki, suggest improvements, and it's also great for research. I use tobi lutke's qmd for all search capabilities. Everything is markdown. The summaries and even the diagrams. The wiki updates on its own based on several automations I have optimized over the past couple of weeks. The wiki grows and self-improves based on several requirements important for my research use cases. This is as personalized as it gets. There is nothing like it out there. And I use my research expertise to continue improving it over time. This is a vanilla wiki. There are so many things I want to build on top of this. Different aggregations, views, artifacts, etc. All to help automate more of my research work and accelerate productivity. I think the biggest leverage here is how powerful this could be for discovery and experimentation. One of my goals is to use it to find deeper connections and insights that would otherwise elude the top human researchers and use those to generate interesting new hypotheses and research experiments. That way, my agents can use autoresearch to explore research ideas at the frontier. Stay tuned for more.

I'm moving and found a fun little use for Claude Cowork: Hand it a floorplan and ask it create a 3D planner. The attached demo (not my real place) was a one-shot. I also had it find all the email receipts for furniture I got over the last few years and put in matching models. Yesterday, I asked it to add a game mode so I can walk through different versions of my new place. The future is SO FUN

I saw an exploit where you could see players through smoke with NVIDIA Game Filters. I played with the filter settings and found a much better setting. Not sharing it here for obvious reasons however this is just ridiculous. CS2 You need to use -allow_third_party_software to use it. A temporary fix could be to disable MM queue for users with this launch option.
