Maybe the real problem isn’t the interview. We’ve reached a point where some people outsource parenting, values and critical thinking to an algorithm then act surprised when the algorithm starts raising difficult questions. Before dragging everyone else, perhaps we should examine the example being set. Personal accountability is still undefeated

The interesting part isn’t that people make questionable choices we always have. It’s that attention can turn almost anything into a business model. If behavior that once attracted criticism now attracts engagement, maybe the algorithm didn’t change society. Maybe it simply became very good at showing us what people are willing to reward. We didn’t just put nonsense online. We gave it Wi-Fi, a ring light, a comment section… and somehow, a standing ovation. Perhaps the real audit isn’t only of the algorithm. It’s of what we keep choosing to click, share and applaud.

When you have to STOP a speaker mid-speech and issue a disclaimer simply because they’re reading a book from YOUR OWN LIBRARY, maybe the problem isn’t the speaker, maybe it’s the books. If the content is so inappropriate that adults need a warning before hearing it, why is it available to children? It’s time for some SERIOUS changes!
