I wanted to learn #Threejs properly. So naturally, instead of just learning it, I built an entire interactive guide with live playgrounds for 8 topics. Geometry, materials, cameras, lighting, controls, post-processing, all with examples you can play with in the browser. You can literally drag, rotate, and break things in real time while learning. I spent more time building the playgrounds than writing the explanations. Classic move 😅 More sections coming. I plan to keep this thing alive and growing. ✨ To inspire more people to go build something now that we have AI to help us (especially non-tech people, cause I still know so many who are scared of building something): I added a [ BUILD IT ] button to It's like a mini-Lovable/Replit/v0: Any idea you see you like, you can click [ BUILD IT ], and it will use Opus 4.6 to build a landing page for it And then you can download the code it generated It's not a full startup of course, but a nice preview of what it can be, to give you an idea and inspire you to build it out further The code is live streamed also so you can see it being built 😊 Ironically this itself took me 1 hour to build with AI too Completely free and I pay for the tokens (please don't abuse it :D)

John Harbaugh explains how he builds championship teams and it's not what you think. "I use the word culture but I'm not a big fan of it because I think it's just kind of a cliché a little bit now." So what does he focus on instead? A shared belief system. "We want to build something that we can all kind of understand - a belief system, a worldview, a way of looking at things." "The best description that I heard was a shared understanding through standards. We're talking about principles, values, beliefs. The way we do things." But here's the key: it's bigger than football. "It's about the way we're going to relate with one another. It's what we're going to stand for and what we're going to believe in." And you don't build it in one meeting. "You got to do it every single day. Get our leaders on board. It takes our leaders." The goal is to build a vision, alignment, and belief, It's built through daily reinforcement and shared ownership - not speeches. The goal is to build something that can adapt, sustain, and last.
