✨ I made a little demo of #vibejam sponsor Tripo and how you can use it to generate assets for your games In this case I'm generating an apartment flat that's half destroyed and open for my drone sim to fly around, take cover and shoot at enemies from First I write the prompt and select Nano Banana to generate an image first, I get a few different ones, and I select the one I like Then that one is converted into a 3d object called a Smart Mesh Smart Mesh is different than regular image-to-3d models because usually you get issues with uneven polygon distribution, too dense geometry and poor edge flow, so while you think you save time with generating it with AI you end up doing lots of editing after to fix the topology which kinda defeats the point Smart Mesh doesn't have any of this, it's fast and clean low-poly models you can drop into your game Anyway, after generating the model I can then see it in 3d, and if I don't like it, regenerate it, or if I like it start texturing it Once that's done, I export it as a GLB, FBX or OBJ and drop it in (usually I use GLB as ThreeJS seems to prefer that), in my case I just drop the URL into Cursor and let it figure out the placement of the asset into my game!

Dreamina Seedance 2.0 is by far the best video model I've tried, and Dreamina makes it even better. You can try it in the link below. It's not just about the quality of the output, but about how much control you have over your video's look. Watch my video here. I'm attaching reference images and asking the model to generate a video using them. I can reference each image using the @ symbol to instruct the model which image to use. You can even upload a clip and use its camera movement, styles from an image, and audio vibe from a track. By the way, you can take an existing video and replace, remove, or add elements to it while the model preserves everything else. This is the closest we've gotten to "editing videos like photos".

✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!

New clean 3D AI workflow Control Rig physics in UEFN! Been exploring some more hybrid AI workflows lately, and for 3D assets splitting the model into parts is kinda essential. This video shows my first test using AssetHub, one of the cleanest ways i've used to keep the whole generation process organized. It auto-detected the pose in my main image and broke it down into parts, then generated images for each. From there I can just iterate on each piece separately and generate the 3D models in one workflow. AssetHub is still in closed beta atm, so let me know if you want to try it out. Main reference image came from Grok Imagine. All the part images and high poly meshes were done in AssetHub, selected Tripo 3.1 as the main model. After that I ran it through Hunyuan 3D for retopo + unwrap. Final assembly in Blender. Baked normals from high to low poly. End result: under 60K tris, 3 materials, 2K textures. Also Control Rig physics in Unreal Engine are insane. It finally validates in UEFN too, so of course I had to test it out.

✨ I can now generate 3d assets for my drone sim at directly from Cursor (sponsor of #vibejam) I need buildings that you'd see in a war torn city, like warehouses in ruins, broken down abandoned houses, bombed out bridges etc. Nano Banana Pro or 2 can generate them really well and then you can put them in an image-to-3d model and you get a GLB or FBX That one you can then import into your Three.js game, the models might be big though, in my case like 16MB, so I ask it to compress it and make it more low poly so it loads fast ThreeJS then loads the individual GLBs on page load and puts them in my drone sim somewhere randomly, I think I should remove some of the grass and match the sandy color of the ruins though to make it fit in more

The battle of the Text/Image to 3D Model 👍- To make this fair, I tested the same image across all platforms and used the first generated result. No cherry picking allowed! I also tested what I think are the 4 top services to use right now. Let me know what you think is the best 3D mesh generation from these platforms however I think it's quite obvious that Tencent Hy 2.5 is currently the king 👑 It wins in overall detail and sharpness, accuracy in relation to the input image, as well as texture generation and projection. Tripo 2.5 comes in second and Rodin 3rd with Trellis in 4th place. However, Rodin has the best topology since it can generate a mesh in quads BUT I left all of them in triangles to keep it fair. Hi3DGen can't be counted as it can't even generate textures and it has no multi-image support. Meshy was another option but the results were not great. Is there any other AI 3D Gen services that you know of that you want me to test as well?

Here's how to do a bit of VFX work using Seedance 2: If you generate with Seedance 2 you often get a great shot but unfortunately with one or more minor artefacts. Instead of discarding the generation, you can actually edit the video using Seedance 2. In my case it i had to remove a character and I did this using simply as the prompt and using the original video as reference: "Remove boy from video". I then regenerated the missing detail (the boy) using an isolated version of the boy that I removed. And then animated using Seedance 2: "the boy runs sideways and stops. white background. he stays in the center of the screen." In the tutorial below, I'll show how I got rid of an artefact in a shot I liked, and used good old compositing to combine a two videos. As always I'll share the link to the Space below.

It took me less than 10 minutes to create this scene. The longest part was finding the style for my initial image. I used Grok Imagine's extension video to ensure perfect continuity of style, voice, and music. Then I animated it, prompting in my native language without asking for any dialogue. Grok understood everything I asked and created a dialogue between the children in perfect French. I later posted the same children with a prompt in English, and this time, the dialogue was in English. I used Grok Imagine to create the image, animate it, and then extend the video to 30 seconds. I then started again with an image that I modified through editing and used it to tell another story.

I'm not even a designer, and I've been using this nonstop for the last 2 hours. The model is Hunyuan 3D 2.1. It's open source. You'll find model weights, training/inference code, data pipelines, and architecture on their repository. You can even fine-tune it if you want! GitHub Repository: By the way, the model runs on consumer-grade GPUs. You don't need a datacenter for this! I've been using the model from the HuggingFace demo page: To use it, go to the link and upload an image. That's it! Check out the video I recorded for a couple of examples.

With Runway's new Chat Mode you can essentially save entire genres by revisiting a previous session. Using today's challenge session I went back and uploaded an image of myself with the prompt "repeat the same process for this character except this time I want 10 scenes. Generate the image for each scene, then animate them as directed above and then upscale each of them to 4k. This is quiet a task but I believe in you. I'll check back in with you soon, I can't wait to see our film!" After an hour or so I had 10 4k clips that I could just drag in to my timeline 😮.

Currently testing Hunyuan brand new 2.5 model for image to 3D. YUP! It's MAJOR improvement over 2.0, especially with making details look sharper, it can also reconstruct more detail. It also generates PBR materials now and you can automatically rig the character on the website. It's much better than Trellis and Tripo from my testing! Took it into Blender as well to compare Hunyuan 2.5 (on the left) and Hunyuan 2.0 (on the right). I wanted to see the mesh with a solid and material preview. If you're doing 3D printing, these would probably work very well. However...the biggest issue here is still topology which is a complete and utter mess, there's also still issues with texture projection...and the entire model is a single mesh, there needs to be a method to generate the model in parts BUT this tech is certainly improving. As someone that is also a 3D artist, I actually want to see what this tech is capable of generating to output 3D models.

Apple built a large foundation model and fine-tuned it on multiple tasks. But they are doing something very clever: They load a single model in memory and use different adapters to specialize the model on the fly. I recorded a video to show you how to write the code to do the same thing Apple is doing. I explain everything step by step. Here is what I'll show you in the video: 1. We'll load two datasets 2. Then load a large model 3. Then, we'll fine-tune the model on both datasets I'll use LoRA to fine-tune the model. This process creates two small adapters, each specializing in solving one of the datasets. The base model's original parameters will remain unchanged. From here: 4. We'll generate a list of tasks 5. We'll load the correct adapter to solve each task The large model I'm using needs 346 MB of memory, but I only need to load it once. Each adapter is only 2.7 MB. I only need to load the base model once and pair it with any of the fine-tuned adapters. Minimum memory footprint and I can solve multiple tasks. Hope this helps!

How to build a brand from scratch using Paper, Codex + GPT image model 2 Since two weeks back, I´ve done most of my design work in paper And I´m genuinely impressed by what you can do with their MCP Combined with claude & codex you can pretty much build out a brand in an hour or two 1. Brainstorm a name for you product or service 2. find a good design system you can iterate on or come up with one from scratch 3. create a moodboard of things you like and want the brand to be about (images, colors, shapes, elements, you name it) inside paper 4. select the moodboard and prompt codex to create a brand brief (hooked up to paper mcp) to create the inital brand book in code 5. Use the new brand book you created and copy as PNG, take that image into ChatGPT and use GPT model 2 (with the brand prompt) to create the brand book 6. You will get a finished and well-done 10 paged brand book Now you can use that to create anything in line with the brand: Landing pags, lead magnets, ads, anything you can think of Comment "bookmarkable" + RT and I´ll send you the brand prompt and step by step guide in DMs.

Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video. This is also extremely powerful. 7 - This is actually the most difficult part. Edit in Capcut. This is where you need to understand pacing and shot selection from all the scenes you generated to bring it all together. You must be strategic with the editing. Goodluck! I'll probably record a video tutorial at some point as it's easier to see what is being done.

When I saw the mask "Tribes of the Calf" from Kanbas I knew I had to make it into reality. The jewelry and gold really made it stand out for me. Since Sam Spratt's The Masquerade was revealed, I have been spending time sculpting and dissecting the mask to recreate it in 3D as faithfully as possible. I delved into the creation of this mask for many reasons. I love a good challenge and this mask surely was one for me. Creating something in 3D from a 2D image is not easy, and especially when the source has generative nature, some stuff is hard to interpret, but I tried my best to make sure the visual integrity of the mask is as close to the original as possible. Splitting the whole mask into parts, filling the missing pieces so I can build the textures was quite a lot of work. I tried to present the mask in my own style with a slightly different colorway to adapt to the mask itself. Please enjoy this short animation, and turn on sound🔊 This piece is my statement that I am here to stay. That I have a voice that often feels being lost in the void. That I have been creating and posting digital art for over 20 years now and will continue until I'm gone. I have a story to tell and I want to be heard. The space we have here is small, and is shrinking day by day. It doesn't have to be like that. We need to support each other and push ourselves and people here, otherwise we are all doomed. As Kanbas has put in their observation of the mask: "Inspirational. Emotional. Natural." This is what our space can be, and this is me making a statement with this homage. It’s hard to believe that 3 years ago, none of this was possible. Now, it’s pretty much going to change everything. Last month, Fish Audio reached out to me to try their voice AI software. They just launched their new S1 model today, and I was curious about the state of AI and voice (and everything else), so I gave it a spin. I liked it enough that when I was asked about a partnership, I said yes. I’m free to talk about what I like and don’t like about the software, and I’m going to share with you a few voices I cloned as well as some of the workflow. It was much easier than I thought. To give you an example, here is a private (research only) voice I cloned as a test. I grabbed a clip of Rutger Hauer’s famous speech from Blade Runner and uploaded it to the voice cloner on the Fish Audio Website as a private voice (no one else can use it, as it is for research only). I didn’t think it would work. The audio sample is very short. But Fish Audio was able to clone the voice extremely well and very fast. I didn’t have to upload any more than that to produce these results. I used Grok to write the new dialog, and I added the rain and background effects and the result is pretty impressive. It only took just a few minutes once I had the audio uploaded for everything from cloning to generating multiple takes. I’ll give some tips and pointers on how to get the best results at the conclusion of this thread and show you some surprising things it can do. (con’t) #Promotion
