I wanted to keep her original expression but still have full range with mouth movements. It's a lot of shapekeys and delta/correct shapekeys. Unlike the previous model, i also wanted this one to only use one armature for everything. No need to switch out between body & face

I was recently commissioned by Miwo to rig one of his models. For the face rig, I combined shapekeys with deforming bones and integrated viseme support. I couldn’t find solid resources on viseme rigs, so this is my custom solution. Pose Test 01 #WIP

A range of motion test applying LCM LORA-HotshotXL-ControlNet to a Metahuman input. Here I used Zoe Depth and Realistic Line Control Nets, but was also experimenting with OpenPose, etc. Still trying to get more expression in the mouth for visemes & stabilize the hairline.

Virtua Fighter is one of the greatest games of my life. When I was a kid, one of the items on my bucket list was to have an original Virtua Fighter arcade machine at home. As I got deeper into collecting arcade games, I eventually acquired the Model 1, Model 2, and Model 3 boards that powered the Virtua Fighter series. Unlike most arcade hardware, these systems are incredibly large and complex, which made it difficult to enjoy them properly. I’m probably the only crazy person in the world who would build something like this. 😆 I always wanted to create a setup that would let me use them more conveniently, and after years of planning, I finally built a Model board selector. Out of all the custom projects I’ve made, this is the one I’m most attached to, and it’s also the one I use the most. A lot of people ask how I built it or whether I’d be willing to sell one, but it’s extremely complicated to make and surprisingly expensive. Because of that, I’ve only ever built a single unit. I’m probably the only crazy person in the world who would build something like this.

Jensen Huang on Elon Musk: "I was lucky because I had known Elon Musk, and I helped him build the first computer for Model 3, the Model S, and when he wanted to start working on autonomous vehicle. I helped him build the computer that went into the the Model S AV system, his full self driving system. We were basically the FSD computer version 1, and so we were already working together. And when I announced DGX-1, nobody in the world wanted it. I had no purchase orders, not one. Nobody wanted to buy it. Nobody wanted to be part of it. Except for Elon. He goes 'You know what, I have a company that could really use this.' I said, wow, my first customer. And he goes, it's an AI company, and it's a nonprofit and and we could really use one of these supercomputers. I boxed one up, I drove it up to San Francisco, and I delivered to the Elon in 2016."
